Very unhappy, mistakes happen. don’t like is to be lied to by T-Force delivered to “Sandy J”. This is a close out, no more at the Costa Mesa store. T-Force could and should say “. . . (for whatever reason but just some accidental confusion we had a problem) it has been returned to the IKEA store and we will have to rearrange delivery.” ... To: IKEA Resolution Department * and T-Force Customer Service July-**-*****Re: IKEA Order Number *********, BRIMNES N * dwr chst wht*frst gls Art. No. ***.***.**, delivery, assembly. Purchaser address is ** Via Amistosa Apt i, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA *****. Purchaser Sandy Jones. T-Force Driver failed to deliver and lied about it.* The California Unruh Act, Civil Code section fifty-two says all people in California are equal and anyone deprived of equal public accommodations has statutory damages of $*,***, without any proof of damages, only proof of unequal treatment as a form of discrimination, and Sandy is in a protected class. I hope that this is just a mistake rather than an Unruh violation we were treated badly by being lied to that the item was delivered, specifically to “Sandy J.” and we want this resolved immediately*Sandy has been a good customer of IKEA for many years and in the past couple of months has spent many hundreds of dollars on numerous furniture items. Sandy wants to continue to be a good customer of IKEA appreciates their normal customer service, displays, and merchandise quality.*We wanted to know where they are, supposed to deliver before * pm. They delivered one item* order number ********* earlier in the day, their English is terrible and they could not understand there were two orders. The other Ikea order ********* was not delivered for whatever reason*Call to T-force Final Mile, formerly dynamics:*White dresser: where is it? Supposed to be delivered today by * pm. is the truck lost? Or just late? Can he call me if he is lost? Delivery location is ** Via Amistosa Apt i, Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM), CA ***** near the intersection of Antonia and Santa Margarita Partway.*Are they coming at all today? Please call Sandy Jones at delivery location ***-***-****. Thanks.*Tracking info: Order No: **********Delivery Time: ********** **:** - **:***Date Status*********** Thank you for your order. We will begin processing shortly.*********** Order has shipped from the IKEA distribution center.*********** Order has arrived at local delivery company*********** Order is currently out for delivery*--------------------------------------**:** pm I got through to customer service at T-Force, Spoke to a male, he told me it was delivered to Sandy J four minutes ago. *I checked with sandy and she did not receive it. Sandy really liked it, She saw it on display at Costa Mesa but was informed it was closed out they would not get any more but she researched and found them at the Carson and the Burbank stores. That's why I went to Burbank, and she was having a different one delivered and assembled on Monday so we wanted to combine the purchases and sandy would have to wait only for one deliver, and sandy expected to receive them at the same time. Delivery service at Costa Mesa told me, I specifically asked, they would be put on the same truck and delivered together *I called t-force back, spoke to Ladona, and asked where they delivered it. Ladona said it was dropped off on "Harbor" I said it had to be assembled and as it was a wall chest IKEA requires it to be bolted to the wall to keep children from stepping on the bottom shelf and pull it onto themselves. They cannot just drop it off. I asked Ladona to read me the delivery address, she correctly stated that it was ** Via Amistosa Apt i. The track record says, "received by Sandy J”. This caused a lot of anguish and emotional distress because they had the correct address, but delivered it to a Sandy J. on Harbor Blvd. Blvd.*We thought there was a remote chance that the driver would be able to go back to "Sandy J" and find her at home when most people will be at work and whoever received it likely lied and said they were Sandy J were very upset because the very hot Friday June * I drove to Burbank since this item was closed out at the Costa Mesa store. Then I drove it from Burbank Store to the Ca Mesa store. *We are very unhappy, mistakes do happen. What we really don’t like is to be lied to by T-Force that it was delivered to “Sandy J”. This is a close out and there are no more at the Costa Mesa store. T-Force could and should just say “. . . Nobody actually informed us that the item was returned, we were told to call the next day so they could talk to the driver. Ralph has spent many hours holding, and communicating, and traveling regarding this situation, Sandy damages are the expenses incurred in hiring Ralph as her assistant.*The resolution we want is to arrange delivery today, the sooner the better rather than waiting all day to see if it is not going to happen again.
