shopped at ikea today. had a birthday coupon which started on *** for $** off total purchase. presented the email coupon to the cashier then paid the cashier with a credit card, the total cost was $***.**. It wasn't till I got home, I realized the discount hadn't been applied. I live over *** miles from the Ikea so going back really isn't an option. The receipt shows a coupon scanned but no amount credited.
