I ordered a Caesarstone countertop on May *rd for $****.**. I cancelled the order on May *th because the estimate was wrong and I did not want to get hit with extra charges. I have been working on a refund since that day. Emails are not answered and*or wrong information is given, phone service is down, - I now know that it was a good idea not to trust IKEA with countertops. I do not have an order number. I was able to cancel the order with Caesarstone - just need a refund from IKEA.
GetHuman-sehillbe did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
