Names were switched on initial electronic refund. Had to call and verify identity which was done on February **th. Supposedly the IRS verification department didn't do their dudiligence and complete the whole transaction. After calling three separate times and being told that everything was processing and I just need to wait. So on June **th I was finally told that the verification process had not been completed which by math is well beyond the * week waiting period just push some buttons. So now I am being told that I have to wait another * weeks bc of the IRS ***** up. Well I'm not buying it. They get to charge me Interest when I owe them money so where is my form to charge them interest for not doing their job
