I was informed that I would receive my [redacted] refund within 90 days. However, it has been over [redacted] days now, and I have been trying to reach out for assistance for the past three weeks. Unfortunately, I have not been able to speak with anyone about my return as I keep getting disconnected or placed on hold for extended periods. As a single parent facing financial difficulties, I am really struggling and feeling very disappointed and frustrated with this situation. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter.
