The issue in GetHuman-podsyl's own words
Dropped off parcel to one of their collect points in harlow on **th November. Last update was on the *rd December saying "Your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you". Since then nothing and parcel hasn't been delivered

GetHuman-podsyl did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
