I put a parcel into your network on *th May but the tracking says it just in network nothing else,*no progress, the receipt no is P*******

I did not do anything the parcel seem to resurface after * days. Hermes is good while things are going ok*but if things go wrong they are very difficult to deal with.*All is required is a simple contact point.
Please help with my Hermes.com issue
