I was trying to speak to someone in customer services but keep getting robbed off by an automated recorded voice! ... I had a text message today to confirm my order would be delivered between **-*pm! Within **minutes I had a text to say my parcel had be delivered and signed! Me and my partner have both been at work in this time so now I have a missing parcel and would like to know where it is or what is going to be done about it! As I now have a lost parcel and I will lose money down to this fault!
They don’t realise that if your parcel has been misplaced you end up losing both the parcel and the money you paid for it and for it to be delivered!
I either want my parcel to be replaced or I want my money back
I always use Hermes and never have issues until now
I’ve tried to contact Hermes directly but for some unknown reason you can’t actually soeak to anyone on customer services
I have an issue with Hermes.com too
