On **th January **************** I dropped the parcel off at a hermes collection shop.*Next day I went to check the update and found that confirmation of the time of dropped off the parcelshop was another message MISSING PRE-ADVICE. there is no missing pre advice missing , because there was no room to stick the battery picture on the front of the parcel i stuck it on the back . i have chatted live several times to sort it out telling them that to contact the hub sorting depot to tell them . One said the item has been delivered, another says amazon has to go the depot to collect the parcel. yet when i ask amazon they have not received the parcel back. I would like the parcel located and delivered to amazon to be able get my refund back.
GetHuman-kerenle did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
