Help with my Hermes.com issue

I have been on your chat line twice and cut off without the issue been resolved with reference to tracking Number ***************** when I track this I am told that they are awaiting for the parcel to processed I cant do anymore I returned the parcel on the **th May via Jayne your Courier I was not given a receipt but regardless of what you say this parcel has left my premises via My Hermes, please believe me I am not trying to fraud you, I really feel it is your responsibility to solve this problem I am ** years old and been a Hermes customer as Jayne you Courier from Hunmanby will confirm.
GetHuman-roysadl did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
