Apparent attempted delivery no calling card left no ext no email, item returned to depot then damaged at the depot and now I won't revive my parcel for another * days I haven't even been asked if I wanted it repackaged. The package is a bridesmaids dress needed for tomorrow and I can't even speak to someone on the phone I want this resolved immediately.!!!!
I trust that Hermes.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
