Where is my order? It was supposed to be here on *-**-**. It’s now *-*-** and will likely be at least -*-*-** before I get a reply. If they weren’t going to meet the delivery date they promised they should have contacted me. I’ve been on hold today to speak to a “customer advocate” for more than ** minutes. Someone finally picked up and then HUNG UP on me! Unbelievable!**When will I ACTUALLY receive my order, not just some arbitrary promise date? This is my first Hayneedle experience and so far, so bad. I’d like to speak to a human with answers at Hayneedle.
I trust that Hayneedle.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
