Where is my order? It was supposed to be here on *-**-**. It’s now *-*-** and will likely be at least -*-*-** before I get a reply. If they weren’t going to meet the delivery date they promised they should have contacted me. I’ve been on hold today to speak to a “customer advocate” for more than ** minutes. Someone finally picked up and then HUNG UP on me! Unbelievable!**When will I ACTUALLY receive my order, not just some arbitrary promise date? This is my first Hayneedle experience and so far, so bad. I’d like to speak to a human with answers at Hayneedle.
GetHuman-furryfac did not yet indicate what Hayneedle.com should do to make this right.

Reach out via Hayneedle’s FB messenger. I got a response today from someone who said my items were running *-** days late. Then I received one email after another telling me that each item was suddenly available to ship. Now all * of my items are on the way. Coincidence? Hmmmm... I don’t really care, I just want my stuff.
