There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I didn't fix anything. The problem is still there and the tech support is impossible to deal with. They have a distinct language problem. Using live people who aren't proficient in English drives customers to distraction. And the hold time is also something that makes me angry. The product is good when it works but the service truly is out of Middle Ages.
