Recently purchased a new printer to replace the same model printer. The original printer Model OfficeJet Pro **** stopped working. The ink cartridge carrier would not move and the touch screen stopped working. Purchased a new printer (same model) to replace the non working printer. While waiting for the new printer to arrive, we inserted new ink cartridges into the older printer in order to print some documents.*When new printer arrived we used the cartridges that were supplied until they ran out. We then installed the ink cartridges what were installed into the old printer (for a few pages of printing) and new printer will not allow us to use these cartridges. With the cost of these cartridges being in the $**.** for each Cyan, Magenta and Yellow and $**.** for Black. We are disappointed that we are unable to utilize the cartridges that were just installed to print one or two pages in the old printer while waiting for the new printer. Also considering the cost of the printer ($***.**) x * it is maddening that we have spent over $***.** and $***.** worth of ink is now useless because we needed to print a few pages.*We would like to have new cartridges sent to us.
