I have an HP DesignJet T*** series printer, and currently am experiencing an issue with a CZ***A black ink cartridge. It is about *** full of ink, but at times will show up as "low ink", and most recently and now continuously shows up as "missing or damaged". Luckily I have a new cartridge ready to go, so I installed that one and there appears to be no problems, so I assume this ink cartridge is defective. Since the cartridge is quite full and the warranty on the product states through *******, I'd like a replacement product sent out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
