Hi HP.*I am a long-term Mac and Apple user, but recently have switched over to an HP Spectre laptop two months ago. I have been enjoying the operating system and all of this laptop's features, so I am very disappointed as to what just happened. I take great care and caution to product my electronics, and I carry my laptop in a secure laptop bag always. I just opened my laptop bag up to use today, to discover a cracked screen. The computer was not mishandled, dropped, or handled improperly in any way. I have looked into the matter and have found this same issue occurring with other customers. The modern and helpful touchscreen is broken, and I am extremely frustrated. I hope you will make this right as I was looking forward to being a long-term HP user. Please contact me with a resolution as soon as possible.
