*. we just moved states. I bought several groupons. a groupon for my daughters birthday august **, ****, she never received the email. I have checked several times with her. once you gift it is is out of my hands i feel and it should not be this complicated.yoga groupon- after it is a hassle and double checking on it multiple times , it becomes a frustration adn a negative event, not at all what it was intended for. now we are frustrated about this gift. we want a refund,just returned the way it was purchased.**. groupon- hair by traci- completely bad vibe, just seemed unfriendly, didn't answer text, had to retext gave * option oct * or ** for apt. not good. i dont even care to go now.**. goupon for meridith, we went, she was rushed, cut my daughters hair uneven. i have the picture, we had to come back and get it straightened out. i feel i just want a refund for the other groupon with her that we have not used. we used on e and it was not a good experience. nooone wants to go back to her. * im sorry there is a delay,in getting to you, but you gift somethign and then its hard to see if the other person used it or not, so this is a big hassle and i dont wan to be penalized for it. I have been a good paying customer. but texas to oklahoma is a new state, everywhere is different to find and the rest of the groupons and in the past i use them . overall it has been good but these * experiences are not good and i dont want to be forced to do business now with agencies that did not offer their best andlosing or not recieving the email or birthday gift has been a big hassle. * also, this is a new residence and having solid internet has been an issue. at and t had to come run new lines and this contributed to the issue. * I have been a good customer to groupon, just not keen on these three things that happend and am asking for an exception due to hardship of move, internet and the serivces of that i experienced for these * groupons. This would make assist me greatly if you could help a sister out. *i have other groupons i haven't used, but that was my error and i never asked for a refund. i feel these * are different and i would appreciate your help.
