I recently tried to purchase 6 1-hour salsa lessons through Groupon, one for myself and one as a gift. I used my Visa card ending in [redacted], which is active, but only one transaction is showing up. I have multiple order numbers - [redacted], [redacted]77, and [redacted], with the one ending in [redacted] being on the correct Visa card. It seems the other two orders may have been declined. I attempted to make another purchase on Groupon but was told I exceeded the limit. I'm unsure if I should cancel my voucher and start over. I'm hoping for advice on how to resolve this issue.

I bought a voucher for upper eyelid surgery at Noel S. Tenenbaum, MD Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery through Groupon. I wasn't contacted to confirm my surgery the day before as usual. Today, on the day of my scheduled surgery at 8:30 am, they called claiming my appointment was at 7 am, which is untrue. I had rescheduled for September 13th at 9:30 am after a call last month. Even with witnesses present, they insisted my appointment was at 7 am. Despite alleging multiple calls and an email, I received no missed calls or emails. After reading numerous negative reviews, I regret not researching beforehand. This unprofessional behavior, including last-minute scheduling, is unacceptable. I urge Groupon to refund me and sever ties with this incompetent "doctor."

I am requesting a refund for the 4 Groupon offers I bought for Busch Gardens/Water Country USA because we couldn't use them on our trip due to limited park hours. The Groupons expire on Oct. 27th, and since we live far away, we can't visit by then. I appreciate Groupon's great deals, but losing $[redacted] is tough for me. Kindly consider my request. I've had a frustrating experience trying to address an email I received that seemed to be from Groupon about suspicious account activity. Despite struggling to understand the representative I spoke with, I attempted to confirm if the email was legitimate before changing my password. Unfortunately, I was only told to expect a follow-up in 3 days. When the email arrived, it did not address my concerns. Now, I am unable to access my account after it was seemingly closed, preventing me from using purchased Groupons for car detailing in Springboro and Mason, OH. I urgently need assistance since charges are still reflecting on my credit card.

I had an unfortunate experience with Groupon that I need to share. On 8/27/19, I bought a Groupon for a hotel stay in San Diego. I received a confirmation email with order number 1[redacted]30-[redacted]. However, when I contacted the hotel ahead of my scheduled visit tomorrow, they had no record of my reservation through Groupon. Trying to resolve this, I called Groupon's [redacted] number to no avail. I was instructed to use their website contact form, which led me to a separate site asking for a $1 fee to access their resolution center. This process was frustrating and unnecessary. I struggled for over an hour with The Dana Hotel to ensure my Groupon would be honored. This lack of customer service is disappointing, and I will refrain from using Groupon in the future. I plan to leave a detailed review on Yelp to warn others about this experience.

I purchased two separate Groupons for printed products from Printerpix.com. Unfortunately, I have been facing issues with their website, preventing me from using my Groupons or accessing my photo book project. Despite multiple attempts to contact Printerpix customer service, the problem remains unresolved. After numerous calls, I have yet to receive a solution or proper assistance. Even following their suggestion to create a new account, the issue persists. I mistakenly purchased the Doula Training Course twice and would like to access it. However, when I tried to redeem the voucher, I received an error message stating "Invalid Page Request." I had a disappointing experience at the hair salon I visited with a Groupon for partial highlights and a haircut. The stylist insisted on an additional $40 to $60 for more highlights, claiming that only two inches would not look good. Unfortunately, when I declined to pay extra, the service became unpleasant. I have used Groupons for partial highlights before without issue and have never been asked to present it in a specific way like scanning it off my phone. I politely request a refund as I am on a limited income and was looking forward to my class reunion with a new hairstyle. Thank you.

I am trying this again to sign up for the Doula course. I purchased the course with Order #: [redacted] on Wednesday, Sep 4, [redacted]. The course expires on Dec 3, [redacted], and I paid $19.00 through PayPal. When I tried to redeem the voucher by clicking on the link, I received an error message saying "Invalid Page Request." In April [redacted], I contacted Full Photo Booth for my daughter's sweet 16. Following my inquiry on their website, I was contacted by a company in Philadelphia, PA with pricing and an invoice for a 4-hour rental package that included props, backdrop, personalized strips, attendant Steve, and digital album upload. Despite Steve's presence at the event, the digital uploads were never received. After following up, I was promised a refund for the missing files. Regrettably, the refund never came through. This subcontracting situation has left me feeling disappointed. I hope for a resolution and urge a rethink on future use of Groupon. I have all documentation ready for review.

Hello, I am reaching out about two concerns with recent purchases. Firstly, I bought two haircuts from GOLDEN GALS SALON, but I cannot contact them as the phone number provided seems to be wrong. I have been unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment even after multiple tries. I would like a full refund for this purchase and to cancel the order. Secondly, there appears to be a charge from Pop Band Academy Of Music that I don't recognize. While I allow my son and grandson to use my iPad, I did not make this purchase. I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian Wax at Nativi Spa and found out the location had changed a week before my appointment. I drove 45 minutes from Hamden to Fairfield for my appointment, waited for 10 minutes, and nobody showed up. I tried to contact the owner but got no response. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I drove back home. The owner later contacted me, admitting they should have informed me of the need to reschedule due to ongoing painting at the new location. I am frustrated by the lack of professionalism, as I wasted time, gas, and had to pay for childcare unnecessarily. I won't return to Fairfield due to this miscommunication.

I noticed a $55.00 withdrawal from my checking account on 9/10/19, and I'm unsure of the reason. I was trying to book a Cape May Whale Watcher trip using Groupon but forgot to enter the required codes. As a result, I was charged the full price on my credit card. I purchased a massage deal from Shape Shifters. During my visit on Labor Day, the therapist mentioned she couldn't proceed with the massage because I had a cold. She applied for a refund that I have yet to receive. I reached out to Groupon for assistance, but they redirected me to consult their attorney. I would appreciate it if customer service could simply investigate and resolve this matter without involving legal aspects. I have been a loyal customer of Groupon for a long time, and this issue doesn't seem significant.

I bought a Groupon for a kayak rental in La Jolla, CA through SD Livin It. I drove for an hour to the beach to use it but couldn't reach the company. I scheduled an appointment, requested time off work, paid in advance twice due to groupon issues, and arrived early for my 9 am appointment, but didn't get a response. I called and texted multiple times, waiting for over an hour. The company eventually canceled my reservation via text after 10 am. I struggled to get my money back, only receiving a refund for the reservation, not the Groupon. The owner promised a full refund, but then claimed he wasn't responsible for the Groupon refund. On September 3, [redacted], I purchased two tickets for the Chicago Architecture Boat Cruise totaling $98. When I tried to redeem the tickets on September 15 for a cruise on either September 15 or 16, I couldn't access the website. Despite calling the Chicago Architecture Boat Cruise office for help at 11 am on Sunday, their systems were down, and I couldn't make a reservation for Sunday or Monday. After leaving a message, they called me back on Monday. I explained to the manager, Katie Jordan, on September 16 that due to my out-of-town guests leaving for the airport, I needed a refund. Katie Jordan agreed to have Groupon refund my $98 because of the technical issue preventing me from making a reservation or seeking help.
