To Whom It May Concern, I have been purchasing Groupons for almost 10 years, under various email addresses but all linked to the same phone number, [redacted]. The emails associated with my accounts include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], all under the names Kristi Pollock or Katherine Pollock. There may be additional accounts under different emails, but the phone number remains consistent. I have Groupons from both Las Vegas and Colorado Springs that I would like to consolidate. I am requesting assistance in gathering these accounts together, as well as exchanging expired Groupons for credit. Due to being [redacted]% disabled for a few years, many of my purchased Groupons went unused. I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you for your assistance. Order #: [redacted]. I bought a Groupon for a magic mirror single hair dye and haircut. Upon calling the salon beforehand, I was informed there would only be an additional charge for a hair wash. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay an extra $30 for the single dye service. Even though the Groupon clearly stated that "single hair dye" was included in the $75 purchase, the owner insisted otherwise, blaming Groupon's description. The hairstylist later disclosed that the regular price for the service was actually cheaper than what I paid with the Groupon. Feeling frustrated, I am seeking a refund. The significant price difference is perplexing, and it has soured my trust in Groupon deals. The confusing details on Groupon have also added to my disappointment. Despite being advised to reach out to Groupon for assistance, I've been unable to find a way to address my concerns about this purchase. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I am now reluctant to make any future Groupon purchases.

Last week, I bought a gift for my friend, V. O. Unfortunately, I didn't read the shipping costs in detail. When she tried to redeem the gift, she was told orders didn't begin at $30 and shipping would be $14.99. After negotiating, they agreed to reduce the shipping by half, still confirming she'd get the fruit I selected. Surprisingly, her credit card was initially charged the full shipping amount. When she inquired, they assured her it would be adjusted and she'd receive chocolate-covered strawberries instead of the fruit bouquet. This situation feels like misleading advertising, and I feel bad for the hassle she experienced. I'm requesting a $15 refund from Groupon to treat her to lunch instead. However, I have not received the products as of yet. I urgently needed the shampoo for guests visiting my home, and it has not arrived. I appreciate your email. A lot has happened since our conversation, and I am currently disappointed with recent events, though not directed towards you. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. I feel like I have been deceived and am now missing items that were removed without my consent. I am seeking urgent assistance, and I kindly request to speak with a manager promptly. Whilst reviewing my orders, I noticed that Groupon eliminated the 10% discount and free shipping, both of which were initially applied to every order. Moreover, three additional items were cancelled without my authorization due to the reversal of the previously applied discounts. I am requesting these items to be reinstated with the 10% discount and free shipping, as included in the initial orders. The total amount before the alterations was just under the provided $[redacted] budget, with a small leftover amount. Could you please escalate this matter to a manager or arrange for them to contact me today? I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed in handling this issue.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with exchanging Groupon #[redacted]2 as there was an issue at Shante Salon. I initially selected option #2 via email and am looking to exchange it for a reimbursement of $55.20. I am interested in using the credit at True Heart Salon at [redacted] El Cerrito Plaza for a first-time haircut priced at $46.75. I bought a Groupon deal from A Plus Dental in the past, but the service I received during my check-up was unsatisfactory. Despite having another Groupon deal with them, I do not plan to return. I am now seeking a refund since the unused deal is no longer of use to me. The purchase was made on August 22nd under the name Michelle via [redacted] Voucher Code: VS-FP3L-ZK5V-VC4F-W2RN Security Code: 46Z2495TE2 I contacted them on September 5th for a refund via debit card, which was approved, with a promise of it being processed in 7 days. However, more than a week later, the refund has not appeared in my bank account as assured.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that on September 13th, I purchased a Groupon at the entrance of Seaworld. I am visiting with my family from Chile, and unfortunately, the ticket did not reach me. As a result, I had to leave the park with my crying daughter as I was unable to console her. I am a Groupon user in Chile, and I have never experienced this issue before. I find the whole situation very regrettable, especially since I do not have the time to enjoy both parks. I am writing to inquire about the possible solutions you can offer to rectify this problem. When I tried to download the ticket, the page kept crashing, and I spent over 90 minutes unsuccessfully trying to validate the ticket with park staff. I need to return today and I want a refund. I have been trying to contact you in various ways since the 13th without success. I have directly contacted Seaworld to report the situation, and they advised me that the quickest way to resolve this is through you. I would like a refund. I hope to receive a prompt response. I need to update my address. I tried to change it and placed an order for a steamer that was then said to be unavailable, yet it has been charged to my account. My card is not registered at the address the items are being sent to. I attempted to place the order again, leading to looks like I am being charged for three handheld steamers. I am not located at Alston Court, PR8 3BP, where one of the steamers seems to be headed. I now reside at 16 Somerton Close, Standish, WN6 0RP. It appears I am being billed for two through PayPal and one through my bank card. This confusion arose as I was unable to change my address on your website. Kindly rectify this mistake promptly, ignore the Alston Court address as I am not there. The correct delivery address should be WN6 0RP, and only one steamer should be charged.

On September 2, I was offered $10 bucks if I signed up and made local purchases. I spent $34 and $58 on local deals on September 5, but never received the promised Bucks. I signed up and should have been credited. I need assistance with this issue. For contact, call me at [redacted] before 12.15 today. I request the $10 Bucks be credited to my account and confirmed via email. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am dissatisfied with the process. Bucks should appear automatically after a purchase if one has signed up. The person who offered the deal knows I am in Canada and explained the limitations for Canadian customers compared to those in the USA. I purchased a second Groupon for a Botox treatment from the Institute of Plastic Surgery without being informed that it was for first-time customers only. After contacting them, they agreed to refund my money. However, I have not received the refund yet. Regarding GetHuman, they have reached out asking if the issue has been resolved, and I have indicated that it has not been resolved. Their follow-up emails state they won't contact me too frequently. However, it seems that clicking on the link for "Unresolved" just leads to a loop. Customer service is crucial. Thank you, R. Spinelli

I encountered an issue while placing my order on your website. Initially, it indicated an error on the first attempt, prompting me to try again. Subsequently, the system informed me that my order was processing, only to later state that it couldn't proceed due to incorrect credit card details. I did not receive any confirmation for the order and encountered difficulty correcting the Visa information as the page requested Mastercard details, which I don't possess. Strangely, my bank disclosed that I was charged twice for the carpet cleaning special, causing my checking account to be overdrawn. They confirmed these duplications at the exact time. I am requesting a refund for both erroneous charges to my account. My experience led to frustration, resulting in a tarnished opinion despite having a prior account with your company.

I am new to using Groupon, and a friend recommended a local merchant for hairstyling services after my longtime stylist passed away. The provider offered a slot at the end of September after some back and forth. However, when I inquired about specific dates, the communication delay led to missed booking opportunities, resulting in my Groupon expiring. I recently had a PRP treatment at Shana Skin. Although I am not writing a review, I must express my disappointment with the service. Initially, they scheduled my appointment 8 days ahead, only to claim on the day that I wasn't booked. Even when they managed to fit me in, I was mistakenly signed up for a different treatment than PRP. Fortunately, I noticed the error before it progressed. The technician mentioned avoiding Groupon for future visits, suggesting direct deals at the store. Despite expecting a full treatment, I only received half since I hadn't paid the entire fee upfront as instructed over the phone. I believe I deserve a partial refund due to this discrepancy. On a positive note, the facility was clean and the staff courteous. However, storing blood samples for PRP treatment in a proper, sanitized container, rather than a trash can, is advisable. On May 11, I bought a carpet cleaning Groupon. I contacted the company, and they mentioned the earliest available date was in September. I agreed to a September 18 appointment after the Groupon expired, as they assured me it wouldn't be a problem.
