I purchased 20 units of Botox from Dr. Tory R. Lindh in Plantation, FL on August 27, [redacted]. I used my Discover credit card and a coupon for the purchase. After getting an error message, I was advised to contact the doctor directly. Upon doing so on September 9, [redacted], the receptionist informed me to reach out to Groupon as they did not receive any information. If the discount cannot be honored, I am requesting a refund. I bought two Haircut and Conditioning sessions from Transformation Beauty Salon in Georgetown, TX for my wife. We contacted them today, and the service provider declined to accept the certificates. She mentioned she had been trying to get Groupon to stop advertising her business for a week. I would like a full refund for this purchase.

I need help with a refund issue regarding a Groupon. The refund was sent to a card that I did not use for the purchase, which is problematic as my car was not eligible for the Groupon. I have been attempting to resolve this through tweets but have not received a response. The refund was sent to a closed account at a bank that I no longer use, which has been an ongoing issue for weeks. I would like to speak to a representative to address this matter promptly.

On 07/22/18, I was expecting a refund for a (3)-year warranty on my Apple iPhone 7. Additionally, I encountered an issue with a purchase I tried to make for the Dierks Bentley concert. The order appeared as Pending, then Expired today. Strangely, on my iPhone, it shows as pending/expired, but my laptop account doesn't reflect any information related to the concert. I will involve my financial institution in disputing these charges if a resolution isn't reached. There was a $40.00 charge on my account that I'd like refunded to my Visa card for both the warranty and concert. I have been attempting to reach Groupon for several months as I encountered an issue with a purchased Groupon for painting services that the vendor refused to honor after it expired. Despite numerous attempts to contact Groupon via email and their website, I have not received a resolution. On September 8, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon deal for Costas for $44. During checkout, I received a message offering a $2 discount with the code "ordernow" and another message for a $10 discount if I subscribed to "Groupon Select," lowering the Costas price to approximately $30. I subscribed and purchased Groupon Select. However, on September 9, [redacted], I received an email from Groupon stating that my Costas purchase failed due to a supposed issue with my credit card, which is in good standing. Another email informed me that the Costas deal was now priced at $41 instead of $30. I would like this issue resolved so that I can obtain the Costas Groupon for around $30. I had an appointment scheduled to have my nails done at the Lashe Spot. When I called to inquire about availability and mentioned my Groupon voucher, the person I spoke to rudely hung up on me. Following the instructions on Groupon, I reached out via text to schedule an appointment. After some back and forth about timing, I suddenly stopped receiving responses. To my surprise, by the end of that day, my voucher was mysteriously marked as redeemed without me having received any services. It is frustrating to feel scammed by this establishment, as they claimed I didn't show up and used that as a reason to redeem my voucher. It's a small amount, only $23, but it's concerning to think about how many others might have experienced the same issue. I acknowledge my mistake in providing the voucher number upfront. If there's any way for me to address this, I would appreciate the help.

I need assistance with my email address linked to my Groupon account. I can access my account through emails sent to my correct email but cannot sign in with it on the app. This was noticed when trying to order from Bobby Van's in Washington DC, showing the wrong email for receipts. Even though Groupons were mistakenly sent to my correct email, I received no response or support from Groupon after contacting them twice via email and leaving a message on their helpline. I want the duplicate Groupons canceled, a refund, my correct email added to my account, and an explanation for this error. This is my third attempt at explaining my issue. I bought a Groupon deal for North Street Tavern in White Plains, NY. I can't access my Groupon account because it keeps saying my email or password is wrong. When I try to reset my password, an error message pops up, asking me to try again later. I've been trying for three days with no success. I have my password written down, but Groupon won't accept it or let me change it. Even after receiving an email to reset it, I face the same error on the link provided. I just want to redeem my Groupon at North Street Tavern. I don't want to cancel the payment through my credit card company, but I might have to if I can't access my Groupon account. I really hope for help with this issue. - Nancy F.

Hello, it has been a while since I was able to find a way to contact you. I couldn't locate a phone number. I really enjoy using the app and have spent quite a bit of money on it. Unfortunately, I had an issue with a voucher for a place called Little Amerika in mid-July. The voucher expired as I couldn't use the code when we tried to go. I apologize for the delay in reaching out, but it's been challenging to contact you without a phone number. I don't want to lose out on the $50 we spent. I received an email mentioning a trade deal or voucher in compensation for the expired tickets. I'll be in Dallas from October 3rd to 6th and would like to use the voucher for the Sixth Floor Museum and the Flight Museum. I had a negative experience at Videll’s spa. I attempted to schedule an appointment over the phone, but the lady had difficulty understanding my accent. When I arrived, she was on the phone with another customer, was rude and disrespectful. After a long wait, she displayed a bad attitude, refused service, and threatened me. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It damages Groupon's reputation, and I hope this business can be removed from the app. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

I made a reservation through Groupon for the Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago on September 12th to September 14th. The order number is #[redacted]. I paid with my PayPal account. However, I noticed multiple reservations in "my Groupons" with different credit cards assigned to each. I contacted support, and they said it was sorted, but I still see multiple reservations. I recently purchased a 90-minute massage from BodyWorks Massage Pain and Healing with the order number 1[redacted]90-[redacted]. I have been trying to get in touch with them regarding the wrong address listed in the system, but the phone number provided is not identifying the business or accepting any messages. Additionally, when attempting to book online, only 2 am slots are available through November. After reading reviews warning of potential scams, where 40 out of 47 gave a 1-star rating, stating difficulties in scheduling and lack of response from the business, I am now concerned. I'm having trouble finding the redemption code for this Groupon. While it's listed under my Groupons, I can't seem to locate any details and only see an option to purchase it again. My Groupon deal for a facial at Lynette Skuili has expired, and I've found it challenging to book an appointment. They seem to only offer facials on Thursdays, making it hard to schedule. Despite my efforts to contact them by phone, leaving multiple messages, no one has returned my calls to help me secure an earlier appointment. Today, my scheduled appointment is at 11, but I'm having trouble reaching them once again. I left another message today. I'm concerned about driving 45 minutes only to find out they won't accept the expired Groupon, especially with their strict policy. I purchased a groupon for maid services and made an appointment but forgot to provide the voucher. After contacting them, they claimed they redeemed it but then invoiced me, insisting they hadn't received the groupon. As I am currently out of the country, I ended up paying them directly. Now I have paid double, both to them and for the groupon. They contacted groupon support, stating no groupon was purchased by me.
