I was browsing on Groupon for a hotel in Anaheim for Oct. 17-18 and leaving on Oct. 19 for a friend. After selecting the dates, I expected to see the total price with taxes before confirming. Unfortunately, it booked the reservation and charged my credit card without showing me the prices first. I did not intend to finalize the booking as I was still comparing other hotels. I am reaching out to inquire about canceling this reservation. I plan to contact American Express regarding this issue as I find it unacceptable to be unable to preview before booking. I bought a Groupon to stay at New York New York on September 7. However, upon arrival, the hotel claimed that Groupon did not make a reservation and asked for an additional $[redacted] for a room. I purchased this Groupon on Monday, September 2, [redacted]. Despite having a confirmation number from Groupon, the hotel refused check-in without the reservation from Groupon. The hotel manager mentioned that even with the confirmation, they couldn't proceed. I am seeking a full refund as the General Manager of New York provided a letter acknowledging the situation due to Groupon's error. I simply wish to receive my money back.

I found a deal at Happy Trails Vet Center for dog teeth cleaning at $[redacted] plus additional services, with a 20% discount using the Summer code that expires in 14 hours. I was unsure about what was included in the special, so I contacted them for more details. Unfortunately, the Vet Doctor mentioned they would not honor the Groupon coupon. However, on Groupon's website, it still shows the deal available. Can someone clarify if the deal is still valid, and does Happy Trails Vet Center need to honor the Groupon voucher? Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a Groupon for a cruise in NY, but unfortunately, I am experiencing issues when trying to book it. Additionally, when I initially attempted to buy the Groupon, the payment failed. Despite this, it seems that multiple transactions went through, leaving me with six Groupons instead of the intended three. I have been charged for both failed transactions, and now I am unable to refund, exchange, or book the cruise.

I purchased a Groupon for Paradise Stream in PA. Unfortunately, we encountered room issues during our stay in July [redacted], and the staff noted all the problems. They promised to send us a couple of free nights as compensation via mail. When I followed up with Manager Andrea today at [redacted], she informed me that nothing had been sent and suggested I contact Groupon first. I didn't reach out in July as the front desk assured us they would provide compensation.

I bought 4 Groupon vouchers for Busch Gardens/Water Country USA which expired on Oct. 27, [redacted]. Currently on vacation in Williamsburg, we discovered Busch Gardens only operates on weekends now and Water Country USA is closed. As we are here midweek only, we cannot visit. I believed the tickets were valid until Oct. 27th and am seeking a refund as we cannot use them later due to the distance. Thank you for your help.

We had a Groupon for a tour in Maui, but the tour group did not show up due to lack of port access permission. We were instructed to walk to a shopping center 1.5 miles away, and after numerous calls, we were informed they couldn't pick us up for the tour. We inquired about being picked up the next day but didn't receive a clear response, so we ended up booking a tour with the ship instead. We spent over $[redacted] on the trip and believe we should be refunded, at least for the missed excursion costing $[redacted].80. Our excursions in Oahu were fantastic, but the one in Maui was a disappointment. We hope for a refund for the unsatisfactory experience. I had a Groupon for Starbucks for $10, and I went to Barnes & Noble because they had a Starbucks sign. I bought a cup, but they informed me they are Barnes & Noble and don't accept Groupons. I returned the cup and then went to an actual Starbucks. They said there was no money in the coupon and that it had already been used. I am quite upset. Thank you, Rajini T.

I am currently feeling very upset. I made an order with Groupon for work clothes on September 7th and another order for a car diffuser with essential oils. I was charged the full amount, but now additional unauthorized charges are appearing on my online banking. I only authorized the two orders placed on September 7th, one for the car diffuser and the other for dresses and tops totaling $[redacted]. These amounts have already been deducted from my account. However, I can see charges for other Groupon items pending in my bank account. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to file a fraud claim. Working in the public network industry, I am concerned about the negative impact on Groupon's reputation. I bought two vouchers for $[redacted].00 each to attend the Ohio Concealed Weapons Permit Course at 1st Advance Security LLC, which expire on Nov 21, [redacted]. Upon reaching out to 1st Advance Security to book a date, I found out that the class has been postponed until Jan [redacted]. I am seeking guidance on how to get a refund for the amount paid. I recently made a purchase on Sept. 7th for women's clothing and a car essential oil diffuser, totaling around $[redacted]. However, I am now seeing additional unauthorized charges on my online banking statement. These extra charges are causing issues with my account, and I need them to be reversed promptly. I purchased a Groupon deal for a wax but couldn't attend my appointment due to a family emergency. The company didn't mention any cancellation policy when I booked. They claim it's a Groupon rule to forfeit the voucher for missing appointments, which wasn't stated in the fine print or on their Facebook page. The employees were impolite and unwilling to assist me, leaving me out of pocket with the Groupon purchase. I feel they are unjustly taking people's money with these undisclosed regulations, making it challenging for customers to access their services. It's frustrating.

I purchased a second Groupon for a Voila massage in Bend, Oregon. The website stated that I could buy a second package after 90 days from the first purchase. However, when I tried to do so, I was instructed to order it directly from the site at a higher price. Despite not honoring all aspects of the first Groupon as promised, the provider has cancelled my appointment four times and is unresponsive. I am seeking a refund for the second Groupon and also for the 20% discount I signed up for at the time of purchase. I feel disappointed by the lack of service from Dan at Voila massage and I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I have been attempting to email the receipt of the faulty bytech charging cord for the past two days. Unfortunately, none of the emails I have tried seem to work. I am frustrated and considering filing an online complaint with the Washington State Attorney General. The purple bytech cord I received on Thursday night is not functioning properly. I am seeking a refund for this purchase and request to cease charging my Visa for the $4.95 saver program, as I do not frequently use Groupon. I urgently need Groupon to address this issue.

Hello, I am Briana Ayres. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for eyelash extensions at Pink Glitter Bar. Following the instructions, I tried to schedule an appointment but had difficulty contacting the company. After receiving a text from a different number, I finally spoke to Vee. Although I requested a weekend appointment for August 31st, she mentioned they don't do Groupon deals on weekends. After some back and forth, she agreed to honor the Groupon deal but the scheduling process was drawn out and disorganized. When I arrived for my appointment on August 31st, Vee seemed confused but said she would ensure I get a refund from Groupon. Unfortunately, after my vacation, I haven't received any updates or refunds despite reaching out multiple times. I am disappointed with the service and would like a full refund. Sincerely, an unhappy Groupon customer.

Hello, I recently bought 4 Groupons for a 2-hour paddle board rental at Every Day California for my out-of-town friends and myself. I followed the instructions in the fine print to book the times on their website, and the Groupon was accepted with a balance of $0. However, upon arriving at Every Day California, we were informed that they had no record of our reservations. Despite showing them screenshots of my booking, we were unable to use the Groupons as no spaces were reserved, causing my friends to return home. I kindly request a refund. Thank you.

I purchased 3 skydiving tickets from Groupon for Pacific Skydiving. Upon arriving in San Diego on September 4th and 5th, we encountered closure on the 4th and aircraft maintenance on the 5th, resulting in us being unable to use the tickets. In short, I purchased a toothbrush on Groupon, and FedEx indicated it was delivered on Saturday. After contacting FedEx, I learned the package was delivered by USPS through Smart Post. USPS confirmed delivery, but my apartment has locked mailboxes, causing an issue. Following discussions with the mail carrier and their supervisor, they advised me to reach out to you for a product replacement, and they would cover the cost. They mentioned that you would need to contact them directly. My order number is #[redacted].

I bought a Groupon for hair services from Color Creations by Jacque but the vendor informed me she is no longer providing these services. Despite my multiple requests for a refund, she has not responded. The Groupon with the details is the only one on my account, purchased on August 29, [redacted]. I've contacted her at the given phone number and left messages regarding the refund. I have explained to her the importance of removing the Groupon from the site to prevent further purchases. My request is for a full refund to be processed back to my credit card for the services that were not received. Thank you.
