I recently attempted to purchase just one couples massage on 9/4/19, but due to an error with my credit card information, the transaction failed. I then resubmitted the order with the correct details, but to my surprise, I see that my account shows two purchased massages instead of one. This was not intentional, and I believe the initial failed transaction should not have resulted in a double purchase. The machine should have voided the failed transaction instead of processing it twice. I have been charged for two massages when I only intended to buy one. Please rectify this error on my account. I purchased a Groupon from Linda S. at Marshon's and Michael's Salon, but she postponed my appointment by 1.5 months. On the appointment day, I was delayed, so I called to inform her. She agreed to wait, but with traffic, I called to reschedule; she declined my calls. Later I saw she had redeemed my Groupon without providing service. When I called again, she claimed I didn't leave a message, despite my attempts. After reading similar reviews, I am disappointed and hesitant about using Groupon again. I request a refund for the unused Groupon due to the poor service provided by Linda S. at the salon.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage at Silent Nights in Lake Stevens. Despite being unable to reach the therapist through her phone, I managed to contact her via Facebook. Due to travel plans, I delayed scheduling the massage, providing only my availability. However, she booked an appointment for me without confirmation while I was abroad. I did not receive the massage, as I was unaware of the scheduled appointment or the redemption of my Groupon. I am disappointed by these actions and simply wish to receive a refund. The misunderstanding arose from her assumption that I missed the appointment, though I never confirmed it in the first place.

I purchased a 5-tier cedar shoe organizer for $[redacted].00 on August 28, [redacted]. I am curious if I can expect delivery this week or next. Michael Rosales from Groupon assisted me with this purchase. He mentioned that the processing time for generating the coupon can take up to 48 hours, but typically it occurs sooner. I recently purchased a full highlight, cut, and style package at Strands in Fairport, NY, as a gift for my mother. When we arrived, I asked the stylist to add a root touch-up service, which she said would be an extra $10. The stylist only did the root color and started cutting my mother's hair, forgetting about the highlight. I explained that I should not pay the extra $10 as I had paid for a $[redacted] value Groupon. The owner refused to honor the Groupon for the service I wanted and purchased, insisting that I pay for what was done or seek a refund from Groupon. Despite my objections, they insisted on marking the Groupon as redeemed for the partial service provided. I believe I should not have to pay for a service that was not what I purchased or booked, especially after the stylist's mistake. I am disappointed with how the situation was handled and feel businesses should treat Groupon customers fairly and not refuse service due to their own errors.

Hi, I am Rie Murphy. My friend and I purchased the "Nail Magic" shellac manicure and pedicure. We scheduled an appointment for 8/21 at 10:30 am, but upon arrival, the owner informed us it was at 10 am. She mentioned she could only accommodate either manicures or pedicures for both of us, not both, and suggested we return another time or choose one service. We needed both for an upcoming event. The owner offered a refund and contacted someone who could process it within two days. Despite her efforts, I haven't received any communication or a refund after waiting for over two weeks. I placed an order for a supplement on your site, which offered one bottle for $16 or three bottles for $30. Unfortunately, my order was processed incorrectly, charging me $94 for three orders of three bottles. Despite multiple attempts to cancel and contacting customer support via email with no response, I have been unable to rectify the situation. The supplements in question are Angry Supplements Monster Test Max Test. As I have had no success reaching support by phone and today marks my first time speaking with a chat representative, I am contemplating canceling my Groupon membership. If the items have already been shipped, the listing indicates no returns. This is why I urgently requested to cancel these orders immediately after the initial purchase. During my recent vacation, I had an unpleasant experience with the accommodations. I reached out to the hotel regarding the issues but was advised to contact the relevant party to request a refund. The room we stayed in was disappointing due to its old musty smell, cracks in the wall, and malfunctioning tub jets. Despite our attempt to change rooms, we were informed they were fully booked. To make matters worse, we encountered a large roach which the housekeeper nonchalantly disposed of without apology. The bed pillows were unusually small, and we witnessed an unsettling incident at the pool involving a disruptive individual. Lastly, the trip was cut short due to an evacuation caused by a hurricane.

Hello, I had a flight booked to California on 9/11/19. In preparation for my trip, I bought several GROUPONS for my visit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my flight with Southwest Airlines due to a pending biopsy for a 1/2" mass detected in my right breast during a routine mammogram. Given these circumstances, I am wondering if it's possible to transfer my GROUPON purchases to my sister in California so she and her husband can enjoy them since I won't be traveling for a while. If that's not an option, I would like a refund credited back to my account. I have been a loyal Groupon customer and have referred many friends to your services. I purchased only 2 tickets for the Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Show in Tennessee but was given an extra 2 tickets that I did not want or need. I have been trying to reach out to Groupon for a refund within 24 hours but have been unsuccessful. Every contact I found for Groupon has not been helpful or in service. I need a refund promptly as I have tried all available options like live chat and email, but to no avail. I booked a hotel on Groupon, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived 45 minutes early for check-in, but my room wasn't ready until almost an hour past the check-in time. The room was not clean either - there were boogers on the wall, hair in the shower, and even a cockroach in the bathroom. Despite trying to change rooms, there were no alternatives available. Additionally, I was surprised by a resort fee upon arrival and the construction noise made it hard to sleep. As frequent travelers who often use Groupon, this has made me question the quality of the company's partner hotels. The stay did not meet my expectations for a comfortable and restful experience.

I purchased a Groupon for a waxing appointment, but I have been facing issues trying to schedule it. The person I need to book with has been consistently unavailable and unresponsive. Even when I managed to get in touch on the day of my appointment, I was informed she was in New York without any prior notice to reschedule. Upon arrival, no one was present to provide the service. I noticed that I was charged twice for each purchase. Even though the transactions were denied, the money was still deducted. I signed up for the $4.99 promotion for six months to receive discounts on products and free shipping, but I am also getting charged for shipping now. I have around $60 worth of unauthorized purchases taken from my account that were initially denied. Kindly refund all these charges, including the shipping fees, considering I joined your promotional program.

I purchased a Groupon for parking at ICON Parking in NYC for $32. When I tried to use it, the attendant asked for another $32. I explained I already paid through Groupon and should not have to pay twice. Despite this, I had to pay to get my car back. In total, I ended up spending $64 on parking that would have been $49 without the Groupon. How can I go about getting a refund for this double payment issue?

I purchased 2 Groupons for Dutch Wonderland amusement park. When I arrived at the park, I attempted to redeem them, but encountered an error message indicating that Groupon was updating the site. Unfortunately, I couldn't use my Groupons and had to purchase two full-price tickets to enter. This was disappointing and embarrassing as I had traveled a distance as a single mom seeking a nice end-of-summer experience.
