* different times I tried to reset my password. Its a vicious cycle. They have sent a email with saying " your passes word had been reset. Just push button then your password instructions will be set.*No its doesn't work. What happens is I push button "below" and it says put in your new password.*I never can get any password or even use my own or make up one.*This had happen before last year. So I never USED the Groupon.*Now this group for four people is about to expire.*The sharkarosa wild life ranch.*Please reply.*Thank you Janet

It was not easy!! I called Groupon the number is no longer in service . I call sharkarosa wild life ranch . *They said "we don't take care of problems you need to call Groupon. By the way all * times I ended up calling sharkarosa wild life ranch because on their web Site its really Groupon number yet the woman at sharkarosa answered. The who answered said. I told you you have to call Groupon.*I did manage to get my password changed. Once in there was a number to call for my request to use my Groupon after the expiration date. Groupon said we don't take care of that we are separate from the sharkarosa she said I need to call them. I did call and the same woman said oh no you need to take it up with Groupon. Then I said in a firm tone no! They referred me back to you. I said my question ( once again) I wanted to extend my experate date. She said we don't take care of that. However then she explained "the face value never expires" what does that mean? I need to come into sharkarosa then purchase my ticket then they will credit me with the "face value of my purchase"*I went back to my email to find my barcode to prove I did buy the ticket. There is no place for me to print my reciet. I did take a screen shot of the bar code. The reason I hung in there with this vicious circle is my son bought me * tickets ! He works so hard and I felt. A need not to waste his money. I hope this gives some insight to the frustration some customers experience. Thank you for helping me to express my concerns.
