I received an order addressed to me, but inside was an item I did not order, intended for someone in another state. I believe I have the wrong package and mine is missing. My order #[redacted], placed on July 11th, shows out for delivery in my town. However, I suspect I have another person's package with order #GG-GHLM-JVSV-2VH9-KY9F. On July 13, [redacted], I had a conversation with Olga M regarding a recently placed order that I requested to cancel shortly after placing it. Following my request for cancellation, Olga M inquired via email about my preferred option, to which I chose option 3 for a refund. Olga M explained that the refund would take a few days to process, to which I agreed. Although the item was pending during our communication, it was charged to my account shortly afterward. I followed up with Olga M via email to confirm the cancellation of my order and inquire about the timeline for the refund, but I have not received a response yet. I have checked my Groupon Account, and the item is still active without any indication of a refund. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. - K.

I purchased a service from A Team Auto Enhancement through Groupon on April 30, [redacted], and my voucher number is #[redacted]2 for $[redacted]. When I scheduled an appointment and arrived, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $15 for each window, totaling $90 more plus taxes. I decided I couldn't afford to pay more at the moment and couldn't leave my car for 8 hours due to safety concerns in the area. I requested to cancel the appointment and left without using the service after paying $[redacted]. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted]. If a refund is not possible, I will need to reschedule the service. I am disappointed with both Groupon and A Team Auto Enhancement and would like to speak with a representative from Groupon over the phone.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase of 15 vouchers for JPARK through Groupon for my son's birthday gathering. The vouchers were bought based on the information provided that they are open until 7pm on Fridays, the only time we could accommodate the event due to the children's sports commitments. Unfortunately, I discovered they actually close at 5pm, which has caused an issue. I am seeking a full refund due to the misleading information provided. In addition, my attempts to communicate with JPARK have been met with disappointing service, including no response to multiple emails and a lack of resolution over the phone, despite assurances from the manager to return my call. I have not redeemed my coupon for Best Vancouver Tours yet. It appears as if it was redeemed tonight, July 16, [redacted], at 5:02 PM. The order number is #1[redacted]81-[redacted] and the Groupon code is LG-F36W-CMVR-NHC3-BNRK, expiring on September 30, [redacted], at 11:59 PM. Despite reaching out via email and calls without a response, I am still trying to book a morning tour for Thursday, July 18, [redacted]. I have been told I can't book until more people join. Hi, I need assistance with an order issue. I encountered multiple difficulties trying to place my order several times. Eventually, I had to have my mother place the order as I ran out of time before the deal expired. However, one of my attempts went through at 2:30 AM, resulting in a duplicate order as my mom purchased it for me. Can you please cancel the duplicate order and refund the $57 so I can proceed with the purchase from my mom? I cannot use two of these deals as per the terms. For the past three months, I've noticed a recurring charge of $4.99 on my credit card statement. While I might have inadvertently agreed to this charge, I am completely unaware of what it pertains to. I have attempted to seek clarification for several weeks now. Unfortunately, as I am using a work computer, I am only able to address this matter three days a week, for about six hours each day. I have sent inquiries but receive no response before leaving for the day. The following morning, I am met with a few notifications indicating that my requests are being closed due to my lack of response. This has been an exceptionally frustrating experience in my three decades of doing business. I have decided to refrain from making any further purchases from Groupon until I ascertain the nature of this charge and potentially stop it. I received the same mailing label for two separate orders. The postal service wouldn't accept both packages. I purchased a Groupon for Dor Life Spa in Wellington, Florida. After calling them, I received a text from a different number the next day. Subsequently, I was informed of the identity. When inquiring about an appointment, I was only offered 10 am availability. Upon requesting a different day, I have not heard back from them since then, which was 26 hours ago. I prefer straightforward communication and am now seeking a refund as I am not interested in continuing business with this establishment.

I purchased a 12-mile helicopter tour from Timberview Helicopters in Destin, FL and Kansas City, MO. I am located in greater KC and was hoping to take the tour here. My Groupon voucher is expiring today, so I need to schedule my appointment as soon as possible. After contacting Timberview, I was directed to Heartland Helicopter Tours, who supposedly would honor the booking. However, upon speaking with Heartland, I discovered there is no official partnership between the two companies. It seems Timberview moves to Destin, FL annually to maximize profits, leaving some customers like me in a difficult position. Heartland suggested the possibility of transferring my voucher from Timberview to them so they can handle the tour and any associated feedback. I urgently need assistance with this issue. I bought a Groupon for the Original Sea Cave Kayak Tour of La Jolla for Two People at Everyday California. Planning to go this Saturday (7/20), I visited Everyday California's website to check for available spots. I navigated through the ticket purchasing process for my preferred time, assuming availability based on this. However, after purchasing the Groupon, I realized there was a different link to schedule, where my date was sold out. Upon discovering a section for codes before buying full-price tickets on Everyday California's site, I tried my Groupon code but it didn't work. Although the Groupon is still valid according to their policy, I attempted to use it as credit towards paying the difference for the full-priced tickets on my desired date. Unfortunately, Everyday California informed me they couldn't accommodate this and suggested reaching out to Groupon for a potential refund.

I purchased a Groupon deal for carpet cleaning from Across Time Carpet Cleaning. I had multiple communications with the owner to schedule the service as per their instructions. After confirming a cleaning appointment for today at 2 pm, I waited as agreed. However, they did not show up at the scheduled time, causing delays. I have been trying to reach out via email, but have received no interest. I bought a printer on June 16th and provided my correct Billing and Shipping information as follows: Francine Bacardi 43 Williamstowne Court #6 Buffalo, New York [redacted] The tracking information from Groupon shows that my printer was sent to an outdated address that is over 8 years old. Despite following Groupon's instructions to contact the carrier and previous landlords at the old address, no one had any information about the printer. I feel frustrated that I am left chasing after my printer due to a Groupon "systems" error. It has been nearly a month since I received any meaningful support on this matter, and I feel like Groupon has essentially taken $84 from me, which is a significant amount considering I am on a fixed income. I simply want a refund as the delivery was not made to the correct address provided during the purchase.

I have a Groupon for Nails by Jamie at Symmetry Salon Suites. I have been attempting without success to make an appointment with this merchant. Jamie does not work on weekends during the summer. The next available date I was given is August 30th at 3:30, which I cannot make due to work. She mentioned her next Saturday availability is September 28th, quite a delay from when I bought the Groupon. Could you please process a refund as I will look for a different salon? Thank you.

I purchased two certificates for PRP facials from Lifeworks Wellness Center for myself and a friend, Janice. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I won't be able to use them. I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and a Mother's Day gift at Crescent Day Spa in May. Despite booking an appointment for July 13th on May 24th and not receiving confirmation, I tried calling numerous times without success. On July 12th, the day before my appointment, I finally received a text from them after closing hours, stating my appointment had been declined. Frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism, I am now seeking a full refund as this experience has been incredibly disappointing and difficult to resolve. It seems impossible to reach a live person through Groupon or the spa directly, making this situation even more frustrating.

I bought a landscaping Groupon this morning from "His Workmanship." After viewing the voucher, I realized there is a three-hour minimum requirement, which was not stated when I made the purchase.
