I purchased a groupon for Cinderella magic on march ** and contacted them right away to schedule an appt. They didn't have the date I originally requested available so they gave me so.e other options. So I chose a date and time that they said was available (Thursday, June ** @ ** am) *Nobody showed up. I called them and they said they sent several emails and SMS messages to confirm the appt. and since I didn't respond, they canceled my appt. I searched through all my emails and SMS messages and could not find any from Cinderella magic. Not even the conversation I had making the original appt. I did not delete anything. I don't even know how to delete SMS messages if it is possible. Now the coupon expires in * days. I want a refund.*Beth Cullen
