I purchased a Groupon deal for Circus Circus hotel, which was supposed to be fully paid. However, upon arrival, I was informed by Circus Circus that I needed to pay an additional $[redacted] fee that was not covered by Groupon. This extra charge was not disclosed on your website, and I was taken by surprise. If this fee was communicated upfront, I would have made different arrangements. I believe there was a lack of clarity regarding this payment, and I am dissatisfied with the situation. I request a refund for the amount Circus Circus is asking for, as I expected the full hotel payment to be included in the Groupon purchase. Please respond promptly to address this issue.

I tried to book a hotel room at the New York Wyndham Hotel through a Groupon deal for June 21st to the 22nd. After my first attempt to purchase it failed, I tried again with a different credit card only to encounter the same issue of the order not being completed. Now I realized I accidentally booked the room twice and I would like a refund for one of the duplicate orders.

I contacted J&S Mobile Auto Detail Service to schedule an auto detail. We agreed on June 19th at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately, by 2:50 pm, the appointment had not been fulfilled, so I checked on Groupon for their contact details. Surprisingly, the voucher had been marked as redeemed even though I had not received the service yet. When I spoke to J&S, he explained he had been delayed with a previous client. We rescheduled for June 20th at 3:30 pm with plans to use a tent in case of rain. However, he did not show up at all, and it has been almost 4 hours since our scheduled time without any communication for a new appointment. I feel frustrated having to chase after rescheduling and am now requesting a full refund as I do not wish to continue using or recommending their services.

I visited the India Palace on Dorsett on 06/20/19 around 5:40 PM. The meal was enjoyable. When I presented my Groupon at the cashier, they took my phone and activated the redeem option without my permission. Later, when I realized that one of my $12.00 vouchers was missing, I felt cheated. Despite handing over $10.00 in cash for a $21.33 bill, the cashier only returned $1.00 and some change after processing one voucher and keeping the other. It was disappointing to have one of my vouchers stolen by the cashier. I would prefer receiving a text message rather than an email.

I received a gift of a Groupon for Launch trampoline park, but it was for a location in California which I can't use in Rhode Island. Can the Groupon be transferred to our local branch or converted to Groupon bucks? I also mistakenly bought a Groupon for a place in North Carolina that's expired, can I get Groupon bucks for that too? My name is Erica Buchanan Porell. I prefer to discuss this over the phone. I purchased a voucher from Aqua Laser Studio on June 14, [redacted]. I scheduled my appointment for June 21, [redacted], on Monday, June 17, [redacted]. They conducted a health screening regarding medications and health issues. Upon arrival for my procedure, I completed additional paperwork and handed the voucher to the receptionist. After washing my face, the technician brought me to the room and asked about cold sores. I was informed that I needed to be on Valtrex for the procedure. I was disappointed that this requirement was not communicated earlier, causing me to rearrange my day and take time off work. I wish to cancel my voucher purchase. Thank you for understanding. - M.D.

I am seeking a refund for a $[redacted] kayaking trip I bought on Groupon. I purchased the Groupon for a kayaking adventure in Honolulu while vacationing in Hawaii. However, upon checking the day before the trip, I discovered that the actual location was on a different island, not Honolulu as indicated on the Groupon. Despite the Groupon being final sale, I feel entitled to a refund as I would have used it had the location information been accurate. I am disappointed to have missed out on this experience and lost $[redacted] due to the Groupon error. I would appreciate a refund of $[redacted] for this inconvenience. I had a negative experience at this chiropractic office. The owner behaved unprofessionally and pressured me into giving an extra $[redacted]. I believe this business should be removed from Groupon. I will share the receipt for the additional payment I made, as my Groupon voucher remains unused. The owner claimed he does not profit from Groupon deals. I have reached out to the authorities and legal counsel regarding this matter. It seems like this individual has a history of deceptive practices.

I received a Groupon offer for $50, but when I tried to book, the dates appeared unavailable. After a few minutes, the dates opened up, but I couldn't find a place to apply my promo code. As a result, the hotel room rate increased unexpectedly to $[redacted]. I was not aware this change was happening. Looking to resolve this, I would appreciate assistance through a live chat.

I would like a callback or a live chat. My phone number is [redacted]. I booked a Groupon for Ramada by Wyndham in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Initially, the offer was $50 for a jetted room with a king-size bed. However, when I was selecting dates, the price suddenly changed to $[redacted].50 a night. I did not notice this increase until after I completed the purchase. I was unable to apply my promotional code to save more money. I ended up being charged $86.50 per night instead of the advertised $50. I would appreciate a refund of the $36 difference per night and assistance in applying the promotion for extra savings. I paid for the clogs and dress expecting them to be sent, but they have not arrived. I am making a formal complaint and requesting a full refund since the items were not received. I will not order from your company again as this issue remains unresolved. I do not want credit, just a full refund to my bank account. The items were meant as a birthday gift, and since the occasion has passed, this matter is time-sensitive. I plan to contact your office directly tomorrow. Yesterday, we visited the Crayola Experience in Orlando using a Groupon for six of us - my children and my friends' children. We were eager to explore the park, but our excitement quickly waned. Despite only four groups ahead of us, it took over 30 minutes to get our tickets scanned. Once inside, we found each activity area severely understaffed, with many machines malfunctioning, leading to extensive wait times for the kids. It was disappointing and overwhelming, with only the sand art being a swift activity due to an additional fee. The broken machines hampered the kids' enjoyment, and after just three activities in over two hours, including the paid one, we left dissatisfied. I believe more staff and repairs are necessary to enhance the experience. I intend to seek a refund and will contact Crayola about this matter.

I encountered issues trying to redeem my voucher codes, one for a personalized cutting board and another for a personalized blanket. Refunding my payment for these purchases is necessary due to the difficulties faced. The guidance to contact customer support through the mobile app does not align with the actual process, creating further frustration. We recently purchased an air duct cleaning service through Groupon, but we found the offer to be misleading. Despite expecting some upselling, we were surprised that we had to agree to additional charges to receive any service at all. The Groupon promised cleaning for 10 ducts but essentially only provided an evaluation for $50, with the actual cleaning requiring extra fees. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to pressure us into accepting costly services, which we did not appreciate. On 6/19/[redacted], I tried to buy 10 tickets to Medieval Times through my Groupon, but my credit card declined the transaction as potentially fraudulent. Even though Groupon indicated the transaction was canceled, I retried using my husband's Groupon account, which was successful. However, now I see two charges on my account. We contacted Medieval Times and used his vouchers for the booking since his account transaction went through first. It's confusing why Groupon tried the transaction again after it was canceled. I can't cancel the purchase in the app and need help with this situation. Thank you.

Hello, I contacted the number on the voucher provided by Rejuvenate Day and Wellness to arrange a belated Mother's Day gift for my mom and two friends. I reside in Texas, so I always confirm details before buying gifts, just like I did with the Salt Spa. Initially, everything seemed fine. I was informed that I could schedule an appointment for a Saturday between 10:30am - 6:30pm. However, when I called over the weekend, I discovered that the number was disconnected. Upon visiting their website, I found the same number listed on Groupon, stating they are open only from Monday to Friday. I purchased a four-hour sailing session for two with West Coast Sail Training in Port Bouvard, WA, for my brother and myself. Despite booking weeks ago and maintaining contact with West Coast Sail, I was recently informed that our session for tomorrow has been canceled due to weather and tides. Unfortunately, my brother, visiting from QLD, leaves this Friday. Our schedule for Wednesday and Thursday is already full with activities in Fremantle and the city, some booked through Groupon. I received a confirmation from Groupon for an order I didn't place. The order was for a gray Brio luggage set worth $[redacted].77, scheduled for delivery on Mon. 6/24/19 via UPS. Upon trying to cancel, I was told it had already been shipped. I received a black Brio luggage set from Groupon in a FedEx box on Sat. 6/22/19. It matches the delivery and item number of the incorrect order I made through Living Social. I'm confused and frustrated by this mix-up and need guidance on how to resolve it.
