I am writing about my experience with the Thai Healing Arts Center. On April 12th, I purchased two 60-minute well-being massages totaling $[redacted]. The reference numbers for my purchases are LG-[redacted]-JNCC-6Y2T-GV64 and LG-MM5F-H2G7-VBXS-H1Z5. I have been trying to contact them at [redacted], leaving voicemails and sending text messages, but with no response. When I visited the address listed on their website on June 21st, I found a different business at that location. I am now seeking a full refund as I no longer wish to receive services from them. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, F. Agudelo.

I bought a Groupon voucher for The Counter @ the Quay in Glasgow and booked a meal for four at 7.30 pm today. I tried to add an extra person by calling all day, but no one answered. The website showed the restaurant was open until 9.15 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed, causing great disappointment on my son's birthday. This forced us to find an alternative place for his celebration. I am frustrated and seeking an explanation for this situation. I noticed a new offer on your website for the same restaurant and would like a prompt response to address this embarrassing and costly experience.

I recently purchased a Groupon for Salon Envious with order number [redacted]. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they were not the correct salon and I had to pay for the services. I would like the Groupon to be reinstated as I never actually used it. The voucher code is LG-Z5JG-6ZVS-37H9. I'm disappointed as I couldn't use the Groupon and had to pay out of pocket. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you. Email: [redacted]

I have made multiple attempts to schedule a hair appointment with this business, but the experience has been less than professional. The individuals I spoke with were speaking inappropriately, there were loud barking dogs in the background, and it made me uncomfortable. Additionally, they questioned my decision to purchase a Groupon before contacting them directly, which I found to be dishonest. I have been a loyal Groupon customer in the past and have never encountered such behavior. I am requesting a full refund for my Groupon purchase. They also suggested that I would have received a better deal if I had not used Groupon, which I believe is unfair. Moreover, when I called the number provided on the Groupon, I was directed to call a different number, which added to my confusion and frustration.

I attempted to purchase the Burger King e-vard: five Whoppers for $10, but encountered issues buying the coupon. I need assistance. It may seem trivial, but it's my friend's birthday wish, and since we always dine there, he will be disappointed if I don't secure the e-card. The offer seems to be redeemable at any Burger King, but we usually visit the one on Queens Blvd. in Rego Park. I trust Groupon, knowing they typically extend expired deals. My friend had a similar experience and managed to redeem the offer through Groupon. As a loyal Groupon user, along with my family and friends, we appreciate the great deals they offer. My friend is already anxious, assuming I didn't purchase the BK deal, and his birthday is approaching. Please help me secure the BK deal, even if it's expired, as it's only been a few hours. Please assist me promptly.

Subject: Issue with Voucher Purchase from Matt Overfield LMT Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address a problem I encountered regarding the purchase of 2 massage vouchers from Matt Overfield LMT. After scheduling an appointment and facing a family emergency, I had to reschedule. Despite arranging a Sunday appointment as suggested by Matt due to my busy work schedule and needing a babysitter, he called the night before to cancel. He mentioned issues with Groupon bookings, even though he recommended the weekend slot. Frustrated by his unprofessionalism, I've decided not to continue business with Matt and request a full refund for the vouchers. The incident happened on 22/06/[redacted]. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Following Trading Standards guidelines, I prefer to document this case by email correspondence. Thank you for your attention to this issue. You can reach me at [redacted] for any further communication. Sincerely, T.M. 44 Reed Ave, Lackawanna Erie, [redacted]

I recently made my first Groupon purchase for laser hair removal. Unfortunately, I mistakenly clicked on "View Details" after the purchase, making the Groupon non-refundable. Upon reviewing the details, I realized it was not the service I intended to buy. I contacted the provider, Satori Laser in New York City, who suggested returning the Groupon, but I am now unable to do so. Could an exception be made due to this being my first time buying on Groupon? Is there a number I can call to discuss this with customer service further? Thank you for your assistance.

On May 25, [redacted], a Groupon voucher was purchased for a One Interior/Exterior Detail service through Car Pretty in Northbrook, Illinois. The Groupon number is LG-CF2N-Z95J-5C6T-YRP9, and the order number for the transaction is [redacted]-[redacted]94. An appointment was scheduled, but was canceled the day before due to staff shortage. Another appointment was rescheduled for June 25 at 9am. However, upon arrival at the Northbrook location, they were informed that their car could not be detailed due to high demand. No prior notification was provided via text or phone about this issue. The customer is now requesting a refund of $59 for the inconvenience.

I visited Sarah Fluett at Hygee Salon in Colorado Springs yesterday. Initially, I thought she might be on the autism spectrum, but it turns out she was drunk. She applied highlights to my hair and then passed out. Due to my recent rotator cuff surgery, I had to rinse the highlights out myself with one arm, which was difficult. This was a terrible experience as she is pregnant, smoking, and drinking. After the ordeal, she texted me calling me a dumbass for using a Groupon. I replied that she also used one. I am upset about my hair and her behavior. I left in tears. She even asked me for gas money and her Groupon before I left. There is more to this story. If you could reach out to me, I would appreciate it. My number is [redacted]. My name is Pam. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I purchased a stay at Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista, but upon arrival, I faced cleanliness issues in the bathroom. There were footprints, hair, poop stains, and mold. It took several calls to get housekeeping to address the problems, but the cleaning was still not satisfactory. The amenities like the arcade and movie theater were disappointing, with limited options and creepy settings. Room service was slow to respond, and there were unexpected deposit charges they didn't inform us about. Additionally, there were elevator problems, which was inconvenient for my mother-in-law with mobility issues. Requests for towels took too long, the ice dispenser only worked on the first floor, and waiting for the elevator was time-consuming. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted].

I am frustrated! If I don't get a resolution soon and my missing $40 refunded, I will contact the IL & NYS Attorney Generals to file formal complaints. I am disappointed with the recent experience I had with Groupon. Last Friday, I tried to order a hair color service for $44, but the transaction failed. I visited the salon, and although I was pleased with the service, I got charged $60 instead. The owner assured me she would process the order with Groupon. Now, I am being charged $[redacted] for a mattress I never ordered. This situation is causing me a lot of distress, especially since my husband recently passed away. I did not receive any mattress, and I will dispute this charge with my bank. I expect Groupon to address this issue promptly. Thank you, D. Hammond Order no. [redacted]

I am addressing the delivery issue regarding the iPop Metal Mag Wireless Magnetic 4.2 Bluetooth In-Ear Headphones intended for Jeremy Walker in Chicago. The product has not been delivered yet. It has not even progressed through the processing stage. Despite the initial estimated delivery by the 24th (yesterday), it is now being delayed until 2 business days after processing, which is scheduled between the 25th and the 3rd of July. The continually shifting deadlines are frustrating. Waiting a week for a delivery feels excessive, especially when major retailers like Amazon, Target, and Walmart offer faster options. The extended delay is disappointing, given the promised one-week turnaround at the time of purchase. A refund is expected due to these unacceptable delays and inconsistent information. Groupon needs to address this promptly as the vendor, iPop, has failed to meet reasonable expectations.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for the Powhatan resort in Virginia. Although I faced difficulty trying to arrange the dates online, I called the resort for assistance. They agreed to help me over the phone and confirmed my booking. Upon my late arrival on Sunday night, I was informed that there were two reservations in my name. Due to the failure to cancel one of them within the specified timeframe, they charged me $[redacted]. The staff advised me to seek a refund from Groupon. Despite my exhaustion from traveling, I contacted Groupon the next day to address the issue, explaining that the resort staff made the error. Groupon instructed me to have the resort contact them. Feeling bewildered and out of pocket $[redacted], this experience has left me disheartened at the decline in customer service. Being 75 years old, this situation has been very frustrating and upsetting for me.

On 6/19/[redacted], I tried to purchase 10 tickets to Medieval Times through Groupon, but my credit card flagged it as fraud, leading to a canceled transaction. I then used my husband's Groupon account to complete the purchase successfully, only to later discover that I was charged twice. We used his vouchers to make the reservation with Medieval Times. I'm puzzled as to why Groupon attempted the transaction a second time despite the initial cancellation. I am unable to cancel the purchase through the app and require assistance to secure a refund and cancel the duplicate transaction. Please help me with this situation.

I bought two Groupons for Hampton Bodywerks Massage Spa. They are set to expire on July 10. I've tried contacting them multiple times to schedule an appointment but haven't received any responses. Their voicemail box is full, so I can't leave a message anymore. I heard they might have closed down. The Groupon UPC numbers are: [redacted]7 and [redacted]9. I purchased two 75-minute massages with aromatherapy for $35 each. The promotional value expires on July 10, [redacted]. - Dorothy

I was charged three times for a Getaway to Callaway Gardens from June 30 to July 3. I only meant to book one room but ended up being charged for three reservations. Initially, I was told I would receive an email confirmation, which I never got. Three days later, I noticed the triple charges on my account. I would like to keep my original reservation but request a refund for the extra two bookings that were mistakenly charged.

I placed an order for a Shogun certificate a while back. I had some trouble understanding the process. Recently, they extended the expiration date to June 27th. However, I realized my friend doesn't like Japanese food and asked customer service if I could switch to Dickey's BBQ instead. Somehow, my Groupon account shows other orders I didn't make. I need all these unauthorized purchases removed from my account. I hope to resolve this and won't use Groupon again. Please contact me urgently to sort this out. Thank you, S. F. I tried purchasing 2 Groupon offers. I received an email saying the purchase didn't go through and to try a different payment method. I attempted a different method but faced a billing information problem. After two online chats with customer service, I was asked to provide my card number and assured the issue would be resolved with an email confirmation within an hour. Despite that, I haven't heard back from Groupon. When I contacted the vendor directly for the same deal, they stated only corporate handles Groupon deals and they couldn't honor the same rate. I hope Groupon can resolve the billing issue before the deal expires. It's frustrating to have spent nearly a week trying to sort this out.
