I made a payment through Groupon using my PayPal account for moving services by Qshark. I paid for 3 hours with 2 movers and a truck. However, on the scheduled moving day, they canceled last minute citing that they had not received the address from me, despite my attempts to provide it through calls and messages. When I managed to reach someone on May 15th, the final day of my extended voucher, they informed me they didn't schedule any moves for May. Now, I am in urgent need of assistance either to reschedule the service promptly or to receive a refund. I have to vacate my current storage location immediately and incurring charges daily. I seek a resolution to either get the job completed or a swift refund so I can engage other movers. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Bouqs has been a frustrating experience for me. I faced challenges creating a password and ended up trying more than 15 times. Eventually, I managed to set one up. When ordering flowers, it seemed like I accidentally purchased three arrangements instead of the intended one. Now, I need assistance deleting two of the orders, as they are duplicates with different prices, and one of them was not what I wanted. Additionally, there seems to be an order for tulips that I didn't make. This whole process has been a nightmare, and I even questioned if Bouqs was legitimate. I am considering canceling all my Bouqs orders and seeking a refund, especially after being informed of an unexpected $[redacted] charge. I only intended to send one floral arrangement to Kathy Mix. I recently purchased a trip on Groupon for 8 days in Paris and Rome. Unfortunately, there were issues with the transaction, and I ended up being charged twice. After speaking to several representatives, I was told that all purchases were canceled and that I would receive refunds for four vouchers. However, I now see another purchase that went through, resulting in a charge of $2,[redacted] on my account. I am disappointed about my recent experience at Accente' Salon after purchasing a "single process color and blow dry" on May 24, [redacted]. During booking, I clearly explained my hair situation to the staff, and they noted there might be an extra $15 charge depending on my hair's length and thickness. Upon arriving, the "manager" informed me that the Groupon I purchased was for roots only, not a full head, and insisted I needed a haircut despite having one recently. I felt her behavior was disrespectful. The advertisement was misleading, and due to the manager's attitude, I have no desire to return to the salon. Dear team, I contacted Gastro Kitchen at Doubletree by Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach to book a Friday brunch using a Groupon voucher. Unfortunately, upon arrival, they couldn't locate the voucher or code. They charged my credit card instead. After waiting 20 minutes, we decided to pay the regular price to avoid any further delay. Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a groupon deal for 5 photo books without an expiration date. Due to a busy March preparing for a trip, followed by assisting my daughter in LA, I misplaced the paper voucher. Now that I'm back, I can't seem to find it and I'm feeling overwhelmed. Could you kindly resend the groupon to a different address where I will be with my daughter? She will help me create a book for my siblings after our first reunion since our mother's passing. To Whom It May Concern, I would like to address three orders made using Groupon redemption codes: GGP74-289769QFRP, GGP74-353197IXXE, and GGP74-364610VTEA, placed with your company. This is the second time I have encountered complications trying to send video tapes due to the complex process your company and Groupon have in place. I have faced multiple rejections while attempting to generate shipping labels. Even though I managed to create one label and intended to use it for all three orders, I was informed by Johnny L. that doing so would be against company policy. My issue now is that I have only been able to print one shipping label, despite following the instructions diligently. It seems impossible to obtain the other two labels. I request either the missing labels via email promptly or a full refund for all three orders. I had a disappointing experience at Salon Protege with Emiliadia Hanson. I received a Groupon with redemption code: [redacted]4 and voucher#: LGSXNZ-J3VYC1BPZW7. Initially, I couldn't book online due to the Groupon, but Emiliadia assured me she wouldn't charge me when I managed to book for a cut, deep conditioning, blow dry on May 28, [redacted], at 1:30 pm. However, after expressing my concerns over text, she abruptly canceled my appointment stating it's not a good fit and refused to refund me. Despite mentioning positive feedback from friends, she still declined. It seems there was a misunderstanding. Her sudden cancellation, unprofessional behavior, and reluctance to refund are concerning.

The newborn swaddling blanket you offer appears to contradict the safe sleep guidelines recommended by the Lullaby Trust and UK government's Department of Health via NICE. According to their advice, infants should be placed in bed with breathable clothing and bedding to reduce the risk of sudden unexpected death in infancy (SUDI). Furthermore, swaddling and covering a baby's head are discouraged, as is overheating. The product being sold features a hood and is described as a thermal item, potentially increasing the risk of SUDI. I, Juliana G., made two purchases from Groupon on May 21st. I bought two [redacted] Book of Free books and four general admission tickets to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Despite receiving an email on May 23rd confirming the shipment, I am still waiting for my tickets. The estimated delivery time was two days, but it is now the third day, and my plans to use the tickets on May 27th are in jeopardy. I purchased discounted vouchers for Fire Truck Crepes, a local food truck. Sadly, despite their online presence, the food truck is no longer operational in my town. Upon visiting the location where they used to operate, I discovered the van abandoned. To ensure I could access the voucher without internet connection, I already redeemed one before going there. This situation was quite disappointing for me.

To whom it may concern, I wanted to follow up on my earlier message. Today, I contacted Rachel, the owner of RJ's Hair Salon in Carina to redeem my voucher, but unfortunately, it had expired. I had rescheduled my appointment due to being unwell last Friday and was surprised to learn about the expiration when I arrived today. I had encountered difficulties securing an appointment that fit my schedule and was disappointed to miss out. I kindly request a refund of $69 considering the circumstances. I bought a 3-pack massage deal from Massages by Paulette on April 26th. The website instructs new clients to text for appointments. I've tried to schedule 2 of my vouchers but have faced communication issues. I initially messaged on May 8th inquiring about availability and the booking process. After providing my name and email, I got a reply on May 14th asking for my availability and voucher number, to which I responded promptly. Despite following up on May 20th due to no response, I had to remind them again. Finally, on May 23rd, availability was shared after multiple messages from me. The constant back-and-forth has made communication difficult, and I'd like a full refund of $[redacted] as I no longer wish to support this business.
