I bought a deal for "ilovekickboxing" ([redacted]) online yesterday. While checking out, I was given the option to join Groupon Select, offering 50% off my purchase. Despite my card being declined, the Groupon Select membership was processed. When I tried to reorder with a different account, I only received 25% off due to the Groupon Select membership. It appears to be a glitch in the transaction process. I'm wondering if it's possible to still apply the original 50% discount since I signed up for Groupon Select when purchasing the ilovekickboxing deal for the first time.

I placed an order for Gutter Cleaning in Indianapolis via a Groupon on May 20. The company, Total Pro, promised to respond within 48 hours of filling out their message board but despite multiple messages, I have not received any acknowledgment. Total Pro has no physical presence in Indianapolis, and there is no contact information available. Groupon has only offered to transfer the amount to another deal, which is not ideal as the only alternative gutter cleaning company is also unreachable and non-local. I have been experiencing issues when attempting to use a promo code on the CoolSprings Laser, Aesthetic, and Skincare Center website in Franklin, TN over the past six months. When I enter the promo code and proceed to checkout, the purchase is completed without the discount applied. Sometimes, the promo code is not accepted, displaying a message stating it is "not valid" even for advertised discounts. Moreover, at times it indicates that I've exceeded the purchase limit, despite not having bought from them for years. Adjusting the quantity of items sometimes allows the purchase to go through. These problems seem unique to this specific business. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I made a reservation for the 6-hour tour for two people in San Francisco, CA with Left Coast Tours. Despite attempting to contact the vendor numerous times through their listed phone number and leaving voicemails, I received no response. After sending an email, I was asked to call them and was informed that the chosen date, 5/29/19, was fully booked and we could not proceed with the tour. This particular date was the only option for us due to our limited time in San Francisco. I inquired about obtaining a refund from the vendor, who directed me to contact Groupon.

Dear Ms. Saumitri B., I intended to take my family and kids to Morgan's Wonderland in San Antonio on Sunday, 05/26/19. I bought the tickets via Groupon on Saturday night, 05/25/19. Despite previous successful orders, this time I faced complications. After receiving a "Failed Transaction" email, I reordered and ended up with two pending order numbers. Unlike in the past, I couldn't find the vouchers or order details on Groupon's website. This caused inconvenience as we planned to visit on Sunday. Despite contacting online support repeatedly, including chatting with two different representatives, I couldn't obtain the vouchers to check in on time. With no resolution despite efforts to refresh the website and power cycle my phone, I had to ask for order cancellation to avoid double charges. However, I received the vouchers late, causing significant frustration and disappointment as my plans were disrupted. Last Friday, I made a purchase on a Groupon deal for Laser Hair Removal at Dr. R. Cosmetics. I chose this offer because of its proximity to my home. However, I was surprised to discover that the address listed on the website was incorrect. The actual location is [redacted] Wilshire Blvd, which is much further away from my house than I had expected. Today, I decided to give it a try despite the inconvenience. Unfortunately, my experience was unpleasant due to the quality of the facility and treatment, compounded by the long hour-long round trip. I bought a scavenger hunt for a specific area in Seattle. When I entered the voucher code on the website, it prompted me to mark the item as used on Groupon to receive coins, which I assumed were necessary for the hunt. However, when I tried to access the hunt, it showed that the code had already been used. I contacted the hunt's support who advised me to log in on another device and select a hunt. Despite following their instructions, I couldn't find a hunt on Pike Street as advertised, and the closest one was a mile away. We were unable to complete the hunt and didn't come across any attractions using the scavenger hunt. The hunt's representative suggested filing a claim with Groupon for a refund. This issue occurred within an hour of purchasing the hunt. I'm hoping for a resolution soon.

I reserved a tour in San Francisco, CA with Left Coast Tours for their *-hour tour for two. Despite contacting the vendor multiple times, following their website's reservation process, I have not received any response via the listed phone number. After leaving several voicemails, I emailed them and finally got a reply directing me to call. When I contacted them again, they informed me that the day I selected, *******, is fully booked, and we cannot join the tour. This contradicts the availability shown on Groupon at the time of booking. Since this is the only day we are available due to our short stay in San Francisco, I inquired about a refund, and the vendor advised me to reach out to Groupon for this matter. I am requesting a refund as there are no available slots for us to take our desired tour.

I placed an order with Shari's Berries, order number [redacted]65. Upon realizing I forgot to input the Groupon information and the full amount was charged to my credit card, I contacted customer service. The representative asked for the Groupon code - GBSBPS119LHSVWBK, but mentioned that the system does not allow applying it to the shipping fees. The Groupon terms clearly state it can be used for shipping costs. I decided to cancel the order and am requesting a refund of the $15 for the Groupon. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for the "Crayola Experience" thinking it was local, but it's actually 3 hours away. Immediately realizing my mistake, I tried to cancel and accidentally ordered a second one. I need both orders canceled and refunded to my original payment method. The Groupon was listed as local, but it's too far for me to use and the customer service is not helpful. I have wasted $30 on these orders.

I recently tried to update my credit card information on Groupon, and during the call, the representative transferred me and suddenly I saw all my financial details on my screen. Unfortunately, it seems this employee may have maliciously used my information to purchase gift cards for themselves, totaling over $[redacted]. I have taken measures to cancel the credit card they used for the unauthorized transactions. I am shocked by this breach and concerned about my security. I have a Groupon for K1 Speed that expired, but they assured me over the phone that they would still honor it. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they did not accept it. I had opened the voucher assuming they would apply it. Is there a way to exchange this for a different Groupon? I prefer not to engage with that company again due to their customer service. Additionally, a similar issue occurred with a salon Groupon I have. The business had conflicting hours online vs. their actual operation hours. After driving an hour only to find they were closed on a day they were supposed to be open, I was frustrated. I would appreciate being able to exchange both of these Groupons for new ones. I have a Groupon voucher for a haircut, shampoo, blow dry, and style at HIWOT Studio in Bethesda, MD. When trying to make an appointment today, I encountered issues due to the assigned stylists listed on the voucher. The staff member insisted that only specified stylists could use the Groupon, mentioning Hiwot being unavailable until June 18. Despite my willingness to be seen by anyone, I was informed it couldn't be done and that only Hiwot was acceptable under the Groupon terms. On 5/24/19, I accidentally purchased the Summer Infant Deluxe Baby Bather. I had only intended to add it to my cart, but due to repeatedly tapping my phone, the order was confirmed before I realized. By the time I noticed the confirmation email, it was past the 2-hour grace period for cancellations. I managed to reach out to the merchant via email on 5/28/19 to explain the situation, but they declined a refund, citing their policy. To my surprise, on the same day as I contacted them, I received notice that the order was being shipped, and it arrived on the same day. Although I have the item now, the online tracking does not show it as delivered. I am seeking to return the item and receive a full refund.

I purchased a phone cover that is supposed to charge my device. However, it has never charged my phone since I bought it. I intended to send it back, but struggled to find the necessary instructions for returning it and obtaining a refund. Can someone please help me with this issue? I purchased two coupons for a nail appointment at Dream Girl Nail Salon in Hoffman Estates, IL, but unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the owner, Holly. Despite the early morning text informing me of a Groupon policy change, I arrived promptly only to find the salon locked. After numerous attempted contacts, including calls and texts, Holly finally appeared but was still serving another client. Due to the delay, I had to leave unserviced and missed a work photoshoot, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss. On October 17th and 18th, I purchased a Groupon with order number 1[redacted]-[redacted]. When I tried to book, I was informed the zipline was closed for the season and could only use the Groupon in the spring. Despite this, in February, it showed as redeemed. Upon contacting Groupon, they advised calling the company. To my disappointment, the company has permanently closed. After discussing with Groupon's customer service, I was offered a credit instead of a refund to my PayPal account. Despite my request, they abruptly ended the conversation and issued a credit, which I found to be rude. I am seeking a refund as this situation was not caused by me and is becoming frustrating.
