While exploring deals on Groupon.com yesterday, I mistakenly clicked on the purchase button for a hotel room in Absecon, New Jersey, without the intention of redeeming the voucher. Following the accidental purchase, $[redacted].20 was immediately charged to my TD Debit Card, exceeding the online listed price by $16.50. I assumed it would be simple to backtrack out of the credit card screen as I had done when updating my delivery address and card information. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with any bookings and had to cancel my previous plans due to the inability to rectify this error promptly by speaking with a representative. I kindly request a refund of the full $[redacted].20 to be credited back to my TD Debit Card. I appreciate a prompt response or call from a team member to assist with this matter. I placed an order, but was mistakenly charged for two. I would like a refund for both transactions, as they total $[redacted].98 each. I will inform others about this issue. Initially, I made an order, received confirmation, but later found out it did not go through. Believing it failed, I placed a second order. However, I have not received any products. I bought a Groupon on May 28th because their website showed May 30th shipment available for my area. However, the receipt indicated a June 4th delivery date. I promptly emailed customer service on May 28th to correct it. They responded that they couldn't change the date and the next shipment was next week. I pointed out that both May 30th and May 31st were options on the website. They apologized and said they would ship for May 31st. Despite being promised a tracking number by May 30th, I did not receive one. Their customer service hours are limited, and I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I had to email them again for an update. I am now looking for alternatives locally due to the delay and inconsistency in customer service. I would like a refund for this order.

I encountered an issue using a voucher code on the product site. Initially, the code was not accepted, requiring multiple attempts of reloading the page and re-selecting items. Subsequently, unexpected stipulations appeared during the process, not present in the original terms I agreed to. When trying to enter a different code, the first code was deleted by the system, and I was unable to retrieve it from Groupon. The site crashed as I attempted to input the second code, leading to its loss. My experience has left me feeling confused and disappointed. This purchase was intended as a gift for the pep band my husband oversees. I am hoping to either receive a refund or have the original code reinstated for future use.

I bought two massages from Susan Nieman on October 4, [redacted]. Every time I try to schedule an appointment with her, she cancels with less than 24 hours notice. On the very first scheduled appointment, she didn't show up at all. Just this morning, she canceled again via email the night before with no explanation. She mentioned honoring my expired groupons since she's the reason for the cancellations. I've lost my patience and I'm seeking a full refund for the total paid of $78. Order # [redacted]75.

I purchased a massage from Crescent Day Spa for my husband's birthday on 4/4/19. Upon trying to schedule the appointment, we found out the number was disconnected. Even after visiting the location on 5/28/19 and making efforts to reach out, we did not receive any response. Finally, noticing that the number had been updated online on 5/29/19, I left a voicemail requesting a callback to book an appointment, which has not been returned. Unfortunately, the earliest opening available is on July 11th, while our Groupon expires on July 2. As a result, I am left with no option but to request a refund.

I bought a Certificate III in Fitness on May 25, [redacted]. The amount was deducted from my account within two days. I tried to use the voucher with Distance Colleges but had no luck and did not receive any notification. I then spoke to Gerald K from Groupon customer service via LiveChat. He sent me an email with the chat transcript on May 29, promising to investigate and update me. Upon further research, I have concerns about the credibility of the colleges and their trading practices. I want a refund promptly as outlined in the ACCC rules regarding accepting payment for services not provided. I feel like I have been deceived and could lose the $[redacted] I paid. I just want my money back and to avoid any further dealings with them.

I recently made a hotel reservation in Baltimore after seeing the offer in my flight confirmation email. I had to change my flight date and realized the hotel booking was incorrect. I was assured a full refund if I canceled, but after doing so, I did not receive a refund as promised. Upon checking the fine print, I discovered that certain hotels have a no-refund policy. I am disappointed by this and insist on receiving a refund credited to my account. I simply wish to rebook the same hotel for a different date or choose another hotel on your website. I need assistance canceling an order at a Holiday Inn hotel. I have a booking in Canada but was charged $[redacted].09 on 4/1/19 for a hotel I didn't intend to purchase. Although I added it to my cart, I never completed the transaction. The hotel can't cancel it since it was booked through this site. I never received the tickets I purchased, so I had to buy two more at full price at the zoo to meet my family. The tickets from Groupon are still pending and I no longer need them.

I recently bought tickets for two people for the "Jungle Adventure Admission for One" at Jungle Island with the intention of going the same day, but upon arriving, I have been experiencing an excessively long wait time to receive the actual tickets. On Saturday, March 2, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for a personalized large exterior door mat from Qualtry/American Laser Crafts. The deal was set to expire on May 31. After numerous attempts to access the ALC website through the Groupon links on various devices, I encountered a blank white page preventing me from completing the transaction for the item. Despite trying on three different computers and a mobile device, the issue persisted at least 15 times over several weeks. When trying to contact ALC by phone, I realized they lacked staff to assist with Groupon issues and had no available email for customer service. Similarly, Groupon seemed unresponsive through their website links for help as the page froze and prevented access to email or chat functions. My frustration grew as the Groupon expired, leaving me feeling that my money was taken unfairly by both Groupon and ALC. I am seeking information on returning attraction tickets purchased in Gatlinburg, TN. I purchased 3 tickets for the C Sydney Harbour Cruise on May 27th. The charge appeared on my bank account on May 30th. Initially, I requested a refund for the accidental third ticket but later changed my mind. After reaching out to Groupon, they agreed to send me the tickets but only sent 2. I contacted them for the third ticket, and was told to provide a bank statement, which I did on May 31st. Upon follow-up, the representative could not find any purchases on my account. I had previously received tickets via email from a representative named Mitos M. It’s frustrating that different agents provide conflicting information. I have been promised a follow-up email that has not arrived. If I don’t receive my third ticket, legal action may be necessary. It would be beneficial for companies to keep better customer records to avoid such confusion and inconvenience.

I bought 3 Groupons for the same offer as a Groupon Select member to get a 25% discount. Although the discount was reflected in all 3 purchases, it disappeared when using Groupon bucks as payment for 2 of them. Each item was supposed to be $59.99 with the 25% discount making it $45, but the payment deducted the full $59.99 worth of Groupon bucks. In the second order, the item was also $59.99, and after the discount and using $23 Groupon bucks, a $22 balance was correctly charged to my credit card. With the third order, after adding more Groupon bucks, the $59.99 item should have resulted in a $5 gift card balance, but $9.99 was charged to my credit card instead. Screenshots of transactions 2 and 3 are available, but transaction 1 was not documented.
