I purchased a Groupon deal for a couple's massage at Spring Spa in Las Vegas based on the positive reviews on the Groupon website. However, after discovering that they incentivize customers to write those reviews, I decided to check reviews from other sources. It seems that the spa's practices are concerning as they reportedly prevent customers from leaving until they are tipped, and even resort to threats and following customers to their cars. I am currently over 6 months pregnant and do not feel safe or at ease visiting this establishment. I would like a refund, as your customer service team mentioned that refunds are available for unsatisfied customers. I believe it's crucial to reconsider featuring this spa on your platform, especially given the allegations of physically obstructing customers from leaving and having surveillance cameras in areas where privacy should be respected.

On the 23rd of May, I utilized Groupon to reserve parking through Park Whiz near SFO from June 12th to June 27th for $[redacted]. After checking Park Whiz directly, I discovered their rate is only $6.71 per day, totaling $[redacted].36 for the entire period. The voucher confirms that Park Whiz bookings are fully refundable until the reservation begins. My pass number is [redacted]05. I believe paying almost double the amount through Groupon is not a good deal. I would like guidance on canceling my current booking and rebooking at the lower price or receiving a refund for the price difference. Groupon's offer has left me disappointed. Thank you. -Debbie

Good morning, I am Karnit. I recently purchased a Groupon for Mint Restaurant and need to share my experience. The restaurant was unclean and sticky, bordering on unsanitary. The sight near the kitchen was concerning - two buckets of water were holding silverware without soap. The staff would dry them with a dirty rag and serve them. The cups, glasses, and menus were dirty and sticky. Despite considering canceling, I was told my food was being prepared and had to hand over my Groupon to leave without eating. I seek a full refund. The hygiene concerns are severe, and I believe Mint should be closed. The promotional pictures do not reflect the reality of the place.

I tried to buy a groupon last night for a Luxury Limo service from Boston to NY. The original price was $79, but with a $10 Groupon discount, it would be $69. I attempted to pay using Honey and Wikibuy, but the purchase didn't go through. The second try resulted in a price of $63 using the Groupon coupon and Honey, but it also failed. This morning, I found both vouchers in my cart instead of just one. I only intended to buy one voucher at the discounted price of $63. How should I proceed next?

I recently purchased a colon hydrotherapy session at Port Washington. Prior to buying, I reached out via call and was advised to communicate through text. Once I inquired about available dates, they requested my name and email, which I promptly provided. Subsequently, after buying a Groupon deal for a session scheduled on May 31, [redacted], I texted to confirm due to not receiving an email. Unfortunately, the communication ceased after sharing my details. With another appointment approaching this Friday, I've reached out again but have not received a response. They do not answer phone calls, and I am dissatisfied with this lack of customer service after spending my money. I am considering disputing the charge with my bank if the issue is not resolved promptly.

I purchased two vouchers for Baldwin Family Chiropractic for my boyfriend and myself. Scheduling appointments has been frustrating as they are always booked two to three weeks out. The staff has been rude when I call, explaining that each voucher requires three separate appointments. The first visit is not even for the adjustment; then I have to return for the adjustment after discussing x-ray results with the doctor, followed by another visit the next day to assess the results. I am unhappy with this experience and would like Groupon to issue full refunds for both vouchers.

On June 3, [redacted], I bought two tickets for $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted]. I followed the instructions to enter a voucher code to complete my purchase. However, after doing so, I was prompted to input my credit card details again and was charged additional fees. I am now unable to locate the vouchers, and I am frustrated to be out $[redacted]. The directions provided by Groupon were confusing, making this the most challenging online purchase experience I have encountered.

I have two Groupons for Uncork the Artist, but I couldn't schedule my session due to an incorrect code. Even though I received a confirmation email, when I arrived, nobody was there. As I am going on vacation soon, I need this sorted out quickly. I attempted to resolve this via live chat, but the trade-in process was unclear. After seeking assistance again, I haven't gotten a satisfactory response. I believe it's unfair to take payment without providing the service. Can you please provide a phone number for direct support? Emails have not been helpful in resolving this issue.

I am requesting to cancel a duplicate order. The first order number is [redacted]61, and the second order number is [redacted]51. After encountering an error message during my purchase, I attempted to retry and ended up with two orders for the same item, which is incorrect. I would like to cancel one of the duplicate orders. I hope to resolve this quickly without the need to provide unnecessary additional details.

I requested a return for order [redacted]43 on May 29th due to product defects. The bike cable could not be attached to a receiver, and the flywheel was not straight, affecting tension control. Archana K C from customer service assured me a refund upon return. The item's size required Arrow to collect it. I shared three preferred collection dates, but I haven't received a 2-hour window for pickup yet. Tomorrow marks the last of my suggested dates. Kindly coordinate with Arrow for the product's collection and notify me of the scheduled 2-hour slot for pickup. Thank you, Lorna Evans.

I tried to purchase Groupon tickets for the Waterloo Adventure Park last Sunday for a visit on Monday. Despite entering all my details and payment information, the website kept prompting me for an invoice number that I couldn't find. After spending about 2 hours on this, I decided to book directly with the Waterloo Adventure Park. Regrettably, I later discovered that Groupon still charged me for the tickets. I reached out to the park this morning, and they suggested seeking a refund from Groupon since their direct booking deal was more favorable. The reference numbers are: [redacted] & [redacted]. For any inquiries, you can also contact Waterloo Adventure Park at [redacted]. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Yesterday, I bought a Groupon for a hair service, and today I called to make an appointment. To my surprise, the establishment mentioned there would be an extra $25 charge for hair lengths past the shoulder, even though this was not specified in the fine print. The representative suggested I seek a refund and go elsewhere. I have spent hours trying to resolve this through tutorials, calls, and emails with no success. I am eager to discuss this matter and would appreciate a callback at your earliest convenience.
Kind regards,

I encountered an issue while trying to buy the Groupon (YogaWorks) using Apple Pay even after updating my payment information as requested. It's confusing because I successfully used Apple Pay in person earlier on the same day, but the transaction for YogaWorks on Groupon is not going through.
Although YogaWorks appears in my Groupon list, it's considered invalid, and Groupon is prompting me daily to complete the purchase with my Apple Pay card. Interestingly, I noticed that Groupon charged my Apple Pay card, despite the payment issue.
A friend gifted me the same Groupon, so I no longer need to purchase it. I kindly request that Groupon cease trying to process the YogaWorks purchase with my Apple Pay and refund any charges related to the unsuccessful transactions. Thank you for your assistance.

I have 2 expired Groupons unused due to illness. I attempted to use them today with American Dream Home Remodeling. Here are the details:
$85 credit for Exterior Power Washing
Voucher #: [redacted]3
$[redacted] credit for Premium Package Gutter Cleaning for Large Home (2[redacted] Sq Ft)
Voucher #: [redacted]2
They mentioned they would honor the original price paid for the Groupons only. This means I'd have to pay out of pocket again and seek reimbursement from Groupon.
How can this issue be resolved? Can the payments made to Groupon be transferred to ADHR? Can I receive a refund from Groupon, or can the funds be transferred to a new Groupon for the same service? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Linda J.

I bought 2 AURA coupons and had trouble scheduling appointments. I reached out multiple times with no response until the owner explained she had just given birth. Finally, I scheduled for June 4th at 12:00, but when I arrived, she claimed the appointment was the day before. Despite driving 38 miles to her questionable location, she was not there. This experience has been very unprofessional, and I am now seeking a refund through Groupon due to the inconvenience. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I purchased two Groupons for a hair salon owned by the same owner. I informed the owner beforehand about my budget constraints and expressed my interest in booking an appointment. After sending two texts within a three-day span, she responded only the night before my appointment and informed me she couldn't honor the Groupons, which I found disappointing. I requested a upfront total for the services instead of being surprised later, but she didn't respond promptly. Consequently, I had to cancel my appointment and block her contact. Now I am looking for another salon that will honor my Groupons. Can I exchange them?

I scheduled a teeth cleaning at a local dentist office for myself and my husband. When we arrived for our appointment, I made it clear that I only wanted the cleaning I had prepaid for. However, they proceeded to do x-rays without explanation. After waiting for 15 minutes, a staff member presented me with a hefty treatment plan costing $[redacted]. When I declined and requested the cleaning, I was informed it would cost an additional $[redacted] for a deeper cleaning. Despite having already paid $50, they suggested I seek a refund from Groupon. Feeling pressured and misled, I left frustrated. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, especially with my young children waiting in the car.

I have tried reaching out to two different support representatives, but they both abruptly ended the chat before I could get all my questions answered. I have contacted Groupon about several missing items I ordered, which is frustrating because I enjoy using the site. I have only received three out of the many items I ordered in April, including the Doogloot, Keto, and the Pre-filled CBD cartridge. However, I have been charged twice for the CBD cartridge, and I haven't received the E-liquids and cartridges mystery box or the CBD mystery box. I hope this can be resolved soon.

I am Alissa Grossman, and I am here to discuss my recent experience with a Groupon deal that did not go as expected. I purchased a voucher for three specific services at Studio B in Augusta, Georgia, but only received a subpar haircut from a stylist named Brittany. Unfortunately, the haircut did not meet my expectations, and it has left me feeling unhappy and dissatisfied with the results. I have been trying to address this issue with the concerned party and have photographic evidence to support my claim. I prefer not to discuss how I have attempted to resolve this problem as I am reaching out for assistance. Please provide me with a standard response regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

I wanted to share my experience regarding my orders with Order #[redacted] & #[redacted] placed through Groupon with MiniFigure Megastore. I purchased a voucher in February for $10 to receive a $50 credit for legos. Despite the company being advertised as American, I faced delays with my order. Upon contacting them, I found out my items were on back order. After a long wait, I received a partial order with no working tracking numbers. When I inquired about the missing legos a month later, I was promised they would arrive within 2 weeks, but it has now been 4 months with no updates. Additionally, the company changed names and products without notice. I am disappointed as these were meant to be birthday gifts which have passed. I am requesting a refund or resolution as the poor service from MiniFigure Megastore has tarnished my view of Groupon's affiliations.
