Last month, I bought a Groupon deal for a Sams Club annual membership with a $20 gift card. I accidentally used an old email address and did not receive the coupon. I secured my new membership at Sams Club member services but couldn't get help with the coupon there. I've tried reaching out for help on “gethuman” without any luck. I received the incorrect item in my order. I originally requested a Dyson air purifier/fan/heater but instead received a Dyson stick vacuum, which I already own. I just opened the package now after returning from traveling. I have printed the return label for the stick vacuum and it is on its way back to you. Please kindly send me the correct item, the Dyson air purifier/fan/heater, as soon as possible. Thank you.

I wanted to share my disappointing experience when trying to purchase tickets for my family's first Detroit Tigers game through your website. I came across the "Access Pass" option while selecting seats, which appeared to be similar in price to other tickets in the section I preferred. Despite receiving an email confirming Row GA and early access, upon arrival, a supervisor clarified that these passes only granted entry to the restaurant area early and didn't serve as actual game tickets. Unfortunately, I had to purchase additional tickets on the spot, spending another hundred dollars, leaving us with seats too high to see the game well. I felt misled as the website didn't clearly explain the limitations of the Access Pass. I appreciate the supervisor's gesture of offering vouchers for drinks and a hotdog. This was my first time using Groupon for tickets, and the experience left me and my kids disappointed. I reached out to customer service, but they were closed, making it difficult for me to address the issue promptly due to my work hours. I kindly request a refund for the Access Pass confusion. I purchased a Groupon for a massage at OnDemand Woman's Wellness in St. Louis. Despite calling twice to schedule an appointment as instructed, I never received a response within 24 hours as promised. Today, I visited the location in person only to find a cone blocking the entrance, the name removed from the window, and an empty room with items scattered on the floor visible through the uncovered window. This experience has left me feeling scammed, and I am seeking a refund or credit for my account. When I called the establishment again after returning home, the recording mentioned being unable to answer due to a high volume of clients, which clearly isn't the case. I am having trouble using my coupon at Dharma Yoga. In March, I purchased a 10-class pack which I have already used. Recently, I received an alert from Groupon offering the same deal at a lower price, so I purchased it to continue practicing at Dharma Yoga. However, when I tried to redeem the coupon, I found out that active users in the past few weeks are not eligible, and one person cannot redeem a second coupon, even as a gift. I am concerned as the coupon expires on the 13th and I don't want to lose my money. I'm wondering if there is a way to resolve this with the yoga school or if I can get a refund. I am hoping to receive a refund for my Groupon purchase for a massage at Chesterfield Massage. The original order number is 1[redacted]51-[redacted] from my email records. I bought this as a gift for my friend who recently gave birth. We planned to enjoy a Swedish massage together, but upon trying to book an appointment, we discovered they only have one therapist, Monica. We can't have a couples massage as intended, which was the whole point of the gift. Monica suggested contacting Groupon for a refund to use at a different spa like Hand&Stone. It's disappointing as we were looking forward to our appointment on June 14th. Thank you for your help in resolving this so we can find another spa to visit together.

I am disappointed with a recent purchase I made that was marked as redeemed and used on June 4th, even though I was home both days. I had canceled the appointment on June 4th in time, as I had another appointment scheduled for June 5th at 3 pm, but the business claimed I was there on June 4th. They never returned my calls. The business had me scheduled for the wrong time, and the location was in a bad area. I doubt the lady providing the service was licensed for facials. The place was unsettling. To resolve this issue, I suggest investigating this business and ensuring it meets all necessary requirements. I recommend removing their advertisements from Groupon, as there are discrepancies between their website, voicemail, and Google listing. The information provided is not up to date.

I regret to inform you that the three Groupons you received as gifts are not able to be redeemed. I would like to request that the value be converted into Groupon bucks so I can purchase different Groupons. These are the three Groupons: 1) Precision Auto Tune Care 2) Columbia Swim 3) Pinland Bowling While the Swim and Precision Groupons have expired, the Pinland Groupon is still valid. I understand the terms regarding the paid value, but as the gifted parties cannot use them and there is no one else to give them to, I would like to use the value for different deals. I have been a loyal customer for many years and hope to continue to do so. Could you please convert the total value of all three Groupons into Groupon bucks for my personal use? I didn't order anything from GROUPON. I ordered a treatment for psoriasis from NuvoThera Inc. I called for two days, left messages, and sent emails to cancel my subscription. After multiple attempts, I finally received a cancellation confirmation on June 3rd. I want a refund for the unauthorized charges of $28.22 on 5/13 and 6/4. I bought a Groupon for cooking classes, but they have only been available twice since December [redacted], and there are no more classes until September [redacted]. The manager informed me they no longer use Groupon and the summer classes were canceled. I inquired about using the credit for something else, but was denied. I haven't received the services or product. If Groupon won't compensate me for holding my money for nearly a year, I would like a full refund.

I am Karen M. and my voucher number is #LG-4HM5-RRZ6-HJLM. I have reached out to this person three times, and each time he inquires about a Groupon and claims to be too busy. Despite our booking three weeks ago, when I contacted him today, he stated I was not scheduled for tomorrow. Additionally, he mentioned that his carpet cleaner was not functional and suggested I reschedule for the upcoming weeks. Dealing with this individual has been overly difficult, and I am surprised by his positive online reviews considering his poor attitude. I have decided to discontinue trying with him and request a full refund. Please provide guidance on the refund process.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Nova Eco Mobile Detailing Service On April 6, [redacted], I booked the Nova Eco Mobile Detailing - Gold Interior and Exterior Full Detail Package for One Car (Order #1[redacted]83-[redacted]). An appointment was set for June 3 at 1 PM. I stayed home from work all day, eagerly anticipating the service, but no one arrived or contacted me to explain the absence. Frustrated, I reached out via email and multiple phone calls with no success. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Nova Eco Detailing has not responded to any of my attempts. I have also contacted Groupon through their website and submitted a ticket, but still no resolution. Additionally, I have faced technical difficulties when trying to use the Help page on Groupon's website. At this point, I am seeking a full refund for the service. I would like to cancel my order for a microblading voucher and request a refund. I have been attempting to contact Groupon without success as their operator keeps ending the live chat option. I purchased the voucher back in April, and it is set to expire on 20/7/19. Despite my efforts to cancel through Groupon, it seems to have been already redeemed. I scheduled an appointment with 'My Cotswold' for 8/7/19 on 21/4/19, but have not received the patch test they were supposed to send. Despite multiple follow-ups with My Cotswold on 2/5/19, 4/5/19, 16/5/19, and 29/5/19, where they promised to send the patch test and confirm the July appointment, I have yet to receive any confirmation. It is now 7/6/19, and I have not heard back, so I am seeking a refund due to the lack of communication and unfulfilled appointment.

I recently purchased two seven-week ice skating lessons for one person at The Rink on the Beach in Pompano Beach, Florida using my credit card ending in [redacted]. I intended to buy both for my granddaughter, but I only received one barcode, preventing me from accessing the second session. The total charge of $[redacted].50 ($74.75 per session) was processed on my credit card. It was not clear to me before purchasing that one session had to be a gift. I used the first barcode, but the second remains unused. I am seeking a resolution from Groupon to provide me with another barcode for the second session or convert it to a gift so I can utilize the $74.75 value. I recently ordered a hunter green comforter set, but unfortunately, I received a blue one instead without any prior notification. Even though the website still shows the green color as in stock, I was told by a representative named Herrick that the green was out of stock. I have been checking daily and it's frustrating to see the green still available for purchase. I am disappointed with the mix-up and believe that a refund isn't enough at this point. The situation could have been handled better, and I hope for a more satisfactory resolution from Groupon.

I purchased two one-hour massages for my girlfriend and myself at your spa. During the visit, there was an issue with one of the staff members who was rude to me, and we ended up in an argument. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned crediting my account, but it seems this was not done. I still have the unused credits from March [redacted] amounting to $[redacted]. Due to some personal issues like misplacing the credits and moving around, I couldn't use them. I purchased two one-hour massages at Five Elements Spa during my appointment. After an issue with the staff, I was promised a refund of $[redacted] to my account by a gentleman from your company. I checked multiple times over several months but did not see the refund. Recently, I found the receipts again, checked my account, and the refund is still missing. Regarding Mr. Jaime Castro's medical situation, he has had neurosurgery in the past for a major brain injury and has a titanium plate in his skull. I am confused about my NAB BSB bank account showing 6 payments of $41.95 each (totaling $[redacted].70). Could there be a mistake with 5 payments to my bank?
