I bought groupon for interior detail. When I called to schedule the appointment on Monday no one answered and the voice mail was full. I called back a few days later and was told the first appointment was the ** of May. When I try to take my car there is only some tanning place at that address . I ask around and am told to go in the dark tanning place. The tries to upset a car wash because the pressure washer will spot the exterior of my car. I decline. He says it will take * to * hours to detail the interior. I leave the car with much fear. In * hrs I get text saying the car is ready. When I get there to pick the car up it is half done. there is still a tiny spot on one seat which I remove with my finger. Then the guy tells my husband there is a city water fee for ** dollars and he has to pay tax on *** dollars. They did not clean the seat belts.......that is extra he tells me. I bought this guy has a city license and a tax license. This is a complete rip off and groupon is still offering his product. It also has * stars. The thing is a big scam!!!
