I received a booking reference (probably due to size of the party). **Regardless of all sales being final, NO one (group-on or vendor) seems to be honoring or resolving the issue. Its now been a couple of weeks and we keep getting blown off. Honestly if it was just the ** dollars, I'd understand. This is around $*** dollars that is being stolen at this point from me and I am not happy!!!! I need this issue resolved this week (May **, ****). We have been patient and waiting for groupon to call the vendor to fix and it still has yet to be resolved and I am tired of messing customer support. **Group-on is currently in violation of honoring the sale, so the "all sales are final" is BS at this point. If I do not get resolution TONIGHT I am challenging this charge and reporting you and the vendor to the BBB and will be taking further legal action and insuring bad reviews will be heard.

I need Group-on to CALL the vendor ((***) ***-****) to resolve the issue or give me a full refund due to FALSE SALE. How hard is it to simply generate a redemption code to satisfy the vendor? I do not understand the issue. you will be losing me as a customer however the outcome when this is resolved.
Have continuously followed the instructions by both the vendor and Groupon, it has yet to be escalated or even resolved
