order number ***********Amprezzo double wooden bed frame with mattress £***.*Delivery today but wrong item, I have been sent a single bed. Contacted contact number on boxes but told they had sent what Groupon had told them to. Then tried to phone customer service and got through to a number that I was told it cost £* a minute and I was on for nearly * minutes so cost me £** I was told I was being put on hold but was disconnected. At **.** I then tried to do a live chat which is quite difficult as need to be able to type at speed or chat ended. **.** Tried again and finally got an email with I replied to at **.** attaching * pictures of the items I have had delivered also explaining that I now do not have a bed to sleep on tonight, I then emailed again at **.** as I'd not had any reply. At **.** I did another live chat as still not had any reply, I again explained my problem but as yet I have still not had any contact from anyone from Groupon other than an email to find out what I thought of customer service. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible to help sort this out. I need the wrong items taking away and the right bed bringing if that is at all possible or a refund. Janice Renner
