I had a negative experience with Shear Glamour. My lashes, applied by a sick worker, were too long and fell off within 3 days. They used both my Groupons for one service and refused to refund me. I've tried to resolve this since September, spending over $[redacted] on Groupon. I expect better service and direct communication. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted].

I had a terrible experience at Shear Glamour in Greeley, Colorado. The service was poor, and they gave me the wrong lashes, which were way too long. The technician was sick, and they used two of my Groupons without authorization. Despite offering a refund via text, they insisted I contact Groupon myself. I've struggled to get assistance through the app without any response. Shear Glamour seems unhelpful, leaving me frustrated. Groupon should step in to support its customers instead of relying on a difficult app interface. Having spent over $[redacted] through Groupon, I believe it's reasonable to request a $77 refund for the subpar service and inconvenience. I simply want my money back and the chance to speak to a person directly. Thank you.

I made a purchase on Oct 7, and after 10 days with no update on the shipping that was supposedly done from California to Virginia, I reached out to the merchant. They mentioned they would investigate with the carrier and then went silent for 5 more days. When I requested a refund, they claimed the carrier lost the item and promised to resend it. Despite their attempts, the tracking still shows it was shipped on Oct 8. I've received items promptly from other merchants in the same timeframe, so I find this delay suspicious. I have lost faith in this merchant and just want a refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it with my bank.

Issue #1: I bought 2 Groupons for Skate Zone that expired. When I contacted Skate Zone, they agreed to honor them at face value. However, since I wouldn't be using the full amount, I was informed that the remaining value would be forfeited. I requested a gift card, but was told it wasn't possible due to the drinks included in the deal, which were only available if used before expiration. Strangely, the Groupons don't show in my account but indicate as redeemed when accessed from my email.
Issue #2: I purchased a Sugar Factory Groupon that was redeemed and later refunded. I prefer a monetary refund over the Groupon itself. Moving forward, I plan to directly reach out to the businesses to avoid similar predicaments caused by Groupon's policies.

I purchased a Groupon from this vendor. However, when I tried to schedule my appointment, they insisted on a $10 reservation fee that was not mentioned in the Groupon fine print. The vendor claimed it was not their responsibility and advised me to have checked their communication channels before buying. I find this situation frustrating, and I have been unsuccessful in reaching a Groupon representative for assistance. If anyone can help, please advise. Thank you.

We bought a pricier Groupon for Solon restaurant in Woodbridge, CT that supposedly could be used on both Friday and Saturday. However, when we dined there on a Thursday for our daughter's birthday, they refused to accept the $40 Groupon. The Groupon does not specify it's only for weekends. I tried discussing this with the manager on duty that night and also with the General Manager the next day, but they were unhelpful. We believe the restaurant should credit our credit card the $40 we are owed. We expect businesses to honor Groupons they advertise, especially the more expensive ones. We understand the logic of cheaper Groupons not being valid on busy weekends but feel the higher priced ones should not be arbitrarily refused on weekdays. We won't patronize this restaurant again and will be more cautious with our Groupon purchases in the future.

I bought a Tough Mudder ticket for September 30, [redacted] using Groupon (code: GRPZCRUUN), but the event got canceled. Tough Mudder directed me to Groupon for a refund. Tough Mudder informed me that since I used a Groupon Voucher for the purchase, they can't issue the refund directly as they don't have my payment details. They suggested contacting Groupon at [redacted] for assistance with the refund. My name is Paul Nichols, and you can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.

I recently bought a Groupon for Five Star Pilates but have been struggling to schedule an appointment. I tried calling without any luck and visited the studio only to leave after waiting for half an hour. Finally, when I was able to speak to someone, I was told about a mandatory orientation only offered on Saturdays, which doesn't fit my schedule. They mentioned a $50 fee for a private orientation, which wasn't specified on the Groupon. When I pointed this out, the person I spoke to got upset and mentioned they didn't want customers with my behavior. As an instructor myself, I find this situation quite frustrating and would prefer a refund as I no longer wish to patronize this establishment.

I bought a Groupon for my daughter's 11th birthday at a location that closed down. I got a refund for one purchase, but not the other one. Groupon says the second purchase was for a different location and is non-refundable. I thought both were for the same place. I live far from the second location and want a refund. I was told there was only one purchase, but there were actually two.
Valerie Smith:
I purchased a Groupon for Sky Zone, but the business closed. The new business name is Air Blast Trampoline Park, which is not near me. I need a refund for the second order that wasn't refunded. It was for my daughter's birthday and the location being closed was very disappointing. It's far from my house. I live in zip code [redacted]. The first purchase was reimbursed, but not the second one. Can I receive a Groupon credit instead?
MOISES S: Hello Valerie, this is Moises from Groupon Customer Support. I'm here to help you with this issue. I will check into this for you. Can you please provide me with more details about your purchase on October 8th at [redacted] Spring Hill Dr, Spring, TX [redacted]. I understand your frustration, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I bought a Groupon deal for a two-night stay at the Mardi Gras Hotel in Las Vegas. Upon checking into our room, we discovered bed bugs in the mattress. After requesting another room, we were given a smoking room instead of the nonsmoking one we wanted. The replacement room had issues with the TV, toilet, and a broken door lock. Additionally, the elevator malfunctioned while in use. Despite the problems, we stayed for the night but have decided to leave first thing in the morning. The hotel refuses to refund us for the second night because we booked through Groupon. I have evidence from an employee confirming the issues we faced. I am seeking a refund for the second night's stay as we did not receive the services promised in our reservation.

I have yet to receive my 3 orders that are still in transit:
• Black T-shirt with XL penguin design (Code: C007)
• Three charm bracelets with emoji, snowflake, and Santa
• Christmas set of 6 wine glass charm decorations
Being a loyal Groupon customer, it is very inconvenient not to have received these items for which I have already paid. I believe the delay is unreasonable. Please expedite the recovery of these goods promptly. If not resolved quickly, I will have to explore other options and leave a negative review. It's frustrating not to have assistance over the weekend when eagerly waiting for paid items.
Best,
Jenny E.

Hello, I bought a Groupon for a tire alignment which I used on October 6, [redacted]. After the service, I noticed my car was still not properly aligned. I returned to the shop, and the mechanics advised me to test it on the highway. When the car veered, I brought it back. They stated the alignment was correct and suggested the tires might need air. I purchased the Groupon in Tallahassee, FL, where I was on vacation. I live in Atlanta, GA, and now my car is veering to the right uncontrollably, with a loose steering wheel. I'm wondering if I could possibly receive a refund as I need to fix this issue to ensure safe driving. Looking forward to your response.

I bought a Groupon deal for a 30-minute body massage and a 30-minute hot-stone foot massage from Healing Foot Spa as a gift for my female friend. Unfortunately, the spa only employs male massage therapists, but due to religious reasons, she can only receive treatments from female therapists. When she tried to discuss alternatives at the spa, they were not accommodating and she had to leave without a massage. The Groupon listing did not mention this policy beforehand, so I was unaware. As a result, the voucher is now unusable, and I am seeking a refund for my purchase.

My Fitbit Charge 3 has stopped working after only one day of use. I purchased this brand new item from Groupon. Despite contacting Fitbit customer support for help, the issue could not be resolved. The device is now completely non-functioning, disappointing me greatly. I hope Groupon can send a replacement quickly and ensure it is in good working order this time.

I purchased a Groupon for everyplate.com but I'm highly disappointed with my experience. After ordering two weeks of meals and canceling my subscription renewal on the same day, I was shocked to see nearly $[redacted] charged to my bank account. Despite requesting cancellation, I was still billed exorbitant fees. Customer service seems unavailable, and my attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. I have initiated a dispute with my bank, which confirmed similar issues with this company in the past. Not only did they fail to provide all the ingredients in my order, but they also overcharged me. I have warned my family and friends about this unethical behavior, and I hope others are cautious when dealing with everyplate.com.

I was searching for a Groupon or coupon to beat the price of $27.96 for 4 days of parking at a lot near Hartsfield Airport. I found a Groupon but it lacked information. After providing the details requested, I didn't receive any useful information as my screen didn't display anything. I checked both of my emails on October 19, [redacted], and didn't see any messages. I ended up paying $27.96 for parking on October 22, [redacted], upon my return. I'm confused why I should pay $51.44 for the same service. Additionally, I never received any emails confirming my purchase from Groupon. I would like my Visa account to be adjusted for the overcharge. The transaction was processed on October 22, [redacted], under the name Way-Parking. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought two tickets for the Toto Concert at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater on October 28, [redacted], through Groupon. My wife and I arrived at the gate with our printed tickets from your online platform. Unfortunately, when the gate agent tried to scan our clear vouchers, which had no printing issues, they were not accepted, and we were denied entry to the concert. This was extremely disappointing for us, and I am requesting a full refund for both tickets from Groupon. I also hope for compensation for the inconvenience and embarrassment caused by not being able to attend the event we were looking forward to.

On 10/26/18, I bought nearly $[redacted] worth of tickets through Groupon for a Haunted House that turned out to be closed upon arrival. Despite checking the haunted house's website prior to going and finding no closure notice, we were unable to use the tickets. The haunted house informed me they could not issue a refund as the purchase was made via Groupon. I am seeking a refund since we did not receive the service we paid for due to the closure. I have also contacted my credit card company regarding this matter. Kindly reach out to me to request any additional details you may require. Thank you.

I bought 6 lipo treatments listed as per the ad and my order number is [redacted] from New Body Now in Jupiter, Florida. Upon receiving the 1st treatment, I was informed I needed a package costing thousands. Despite being told by the owner that her staff wouldn't say that, I was presented with prices for additional packages. I contacted the company and the owner later called me back, mentioning the high equipment costs. I expressed my disappointment for not being informed properly about the additional costs. The owner got defensive about her business costs. When I requested a refund, she agreed to write a check or mail it, but the conversation turned unpleasant with her threatening me about giving a poor review. It ended with her marking my Groupon as used unfairly. I feel uncomfortable going back for the remaining treatments due to their behavior. I have contacted Groupon for assistance and advise avoiding this merchant in the future. The situation has left me upset and feeling threatened.

I purchased four Groupons for Monogram Hub mini anklet bracelets on October 23rd, one day before they expired on October 24th. I attempted to order them using my laptop, but Monogram Hub informed me via email that I needed a desktop computer to place the order. Despite explaining that I didn't have a desktop, they insisted. After a frustrating exchange, Ivan called me later than scheduled and was extremely condescending. I was eventually told to find a desktop, but I reached my limit and expressed my frustration at losing the opportunity to redeem the Groupons due to their expired status.
Having been a loyal Groupon customer with multiple accounts, this is my first negative experience getting the products I purchased. I am disappointed and frustrated with Monogram Hub's customer service. I am seeking a refund or a way to utilize the expired Groupons, as I have no interest in engaging with Monogram Hub in the future. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
