On Tuesday, October 23, [redacted], I purchased a used Apple iPhone 6/6S/6 Plus/6S Plus Unlocked. The description stated it had a scratch and a dent, but the entire back of the phone is scratched up. It arrived without a SIM card and I expected a larger size because of the wording "6S Plus". I am very dissatisfied with this small, damaged phone and I am requesting a refund, as I am willing to invest more for a bigger and better Apple iPhone. The phone was delivered by FedEx around Friday, October 26, or Saturday, October 27, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]. I have not done anything to the phone except charge it, so I need to ship it back. I am unable to print the return label, so I will get assistance from the Post Office. A couple of weeks ago, I bought two different hoodie shirts. After receiving duplicate confirmation emails for both, I realized the order was processed twice. I contacted customer service and was advised to return the items upon arrival. When I got the shirts last Friday, I found the fit of one unsatisfactory. I made a purchase on 10/27/18 with order number 1[redacted]98-[redacted] for the Music Academy. I misunderstood the offer, thinking I was getting four months at $69.00 per month, but it was actually for 4 30-minute classes with two vouchers included. Upon visiting the academy on Saturday and finding it closed, I went back on Monday and learned of my mistake. I have purchased 2 vouchers for the Bromsgrove Hotel and would appreciate receiving them as a pdf since I am having trouble retrieving them from the website. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with a supposed purchase of a Harrison’s caravan holiday on June 8th that I do not recall making. I did not receive any emails regarding this and would like a refund. I have spoken with your team on the chat line 4 times about the hotel voucher, and I am feeling quite frustrated as my stay is in 2 weeks.

This glitch is preventing me from reaching out for assistance. I also tried reaching them through the app without success.
I bought a Groupon a few weeks back for a vacation planned in early December. I received an email stating that the Groupon is close to expiring, which is concerning, as I won't be utilizing it during that period. I'd like to return the Groupon and repurchase it closer to my trip date. Even if they offer a credit for another Groupon, I'd greatly appreciate it, as this Groupon was pricey. Failure to resolve this matter could lead me to refraining from purchasing from Groupon in the future out of principle.

I recently used a deal for two microdermabrasion treatments. During my first appointment, I found the esthetician to be friendly, but I was concerned about the sanitation practices. The water used on my face was obtained from a communal restroom down the hall, which I found unsanitary as it introduced potential germs. I purchased a Groupon for an Oahu nature tour that got canceled due to a washed-out road, so the trip didn't happen. Oahu Nature Tour advised us to contact our agents for a refund, which led us to Viator. Despite Viator's initial indication of a full refund in an email, they later claimed they didn't receive any money as it all went to Groupon, prompting us to seek a refund from Groupon. However, Groupon mentioned that the fine print stated no refunds, as per the client's policy. We find it unfair that while others on the tour are being refunded, we're not eligible because we booked through Groupon. We seek reimbursement for the $[redacted].59 paid for a canceled tour, especially since Nature Tours would refund us if we hadn't booked through Groupon.

I purchased a Groupon for an Oahu nature tour that was ultimately canceled due to a washed-out road, resulting in the tour being called off. Oahu Nature Tours instructed us to reach out to our agents for a refund. Upon contacting the agent Viator, despite receiving an email from them about a full refund, they claimed they did not receive any payment and all funds went to Groupon, directing us to seek a refund from Groupon instead. Groupon, however, mentioned in the fine print that there would be no refund as per the client's guidelines. Now, we find ourselves without a tour or a refund, while others on the tour receive their reimbursements because they didn't book through Groupon. We paid $[redacted].59 for a service we didn't receive, and we are appealing for a full refund, as we would have been refunded if we booked directly through Oahu Nature Tours or another provider.

I purchased a Groupon deal for an Acupuncture treatment at $85, which included one consultation and three acupuncture sessions. I have been unable to schedule an appointment with Brenda Nails as every time I call, they are fully booked. I would also like a refund for this service.
Moreover, I found that Pure5 Wellness Hub did not provide the services as described in the listing. When I tried to redeem the Groupon, there were no other available manicure options.

I purchased 2 Groupons for Urban Hair Restorations, each for a platelet hair injection, totaling $1,[redacted]. Recently, I tried to repurchase a Groupon using my $25 trade-in credit from Personalization Mail after my previous voucher expired. Despite initially being charged $10 for the difference, I encountered errors during the transaction. I attempted twice but decided to stop when the errors persisted. To my surprise, I later discovered I had been charged twice - once for $10 and once for the full amount of $35. Although I sought a refund for the accidental $35 charge, I was only refunded $10, with the $25 credit credited back to my account. Frustratingly, I was left paying the unauthorized full $35.
