I purchased a Groupon for three massages with Dan in Poway. Three weeks ago, I contacted him to schedule, but he mentioned he was going on vacation until 10/28. After some back and forth, he only offered appointments on weekends, which do not work for me. I requested a weekday, but now he's going on vacation again and will only call back when he returns. Unfortunately, my schedule is tight due to upcoming shoulder procedures and holiday plans, making it impossible to use the Groupon before it expires on 12/7. I've been attempting to book for four weeks without success, so I believe a refund is the best solution considering the unreliable scheduling.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 8 from GroupOn on October 10, [redacted]. On October 20th, I received a notification through the app stating that the phone had been delivered. Despite this, neither I nor my neighbor received the phone. I have been in touch with Customer Support multiple times seeking a resolution. I was assured that the Goods Team would assist and resolve the issue within 24 hours. It has been almost two weeks since then, and I still haven't received the phone. GroupOn has retained the $[redacted]+ I paid without issuing a refund. The Goods Team has not reached out to me, and each Customer Service agent I've spoken to has only given me vague promises. I'm considering taking legal action as I'm out $[redacted] due to GroupOn failing to deliver the item I purchased.

I recently purchased a Groupon for lip filler from a place with negative reviews. While the Groupon rating for "Cosmetic Laser Beverly Hills" was high, many reviews mentioned it as a fraudulent business, operating under aliases like "ReNu Beauty." It appears Groupon doesn't effectively screen businesses with DECENT - GOOD ratings, allowing poorly reviewed businesses to manipulate buyers.
I urge Groupon to improve vetting processes and issue a refund. With a 67 million dollar revenue, they should have higher standards. This unethical practice reflects poorly on Groupon and could lead to future problems if unchecked.

I accidentally made a double purchase on a Groupon deal for the Lasik Vision Institute in Kendall (Miami) due to issues with my new credit card. I initially tried to buy it once, but my Citi credit card flagged it as fraud, leading me to make a second attempt. Upon calling Citi, they approved both transactions instead of just one. The Groupon rules only allow for one purchase per customer, so I am seeking a refund for the second purchase with Order #: [redacted].

I purchased a Groupon for 3 massages from Dan in Poway. Upon contacting him in early October, I was informed he was on vacation and would return on 10/28. After several attempts to schedule an appointment, Dan only offered weekend availability, which doesn't work for me. Despite numerous voicemails, the communication and appointment scheduling have been difficult. Given his upcoming two-week vacation, my existing commitments, and planned medical procedure, it seems challenging to utilize the services before the Groupon expires. It has been frustrating to coordinate and schedule appointments, and I now feel that a refund may be the best solution due to his unreliability.

I made a booking through your website and received confirmation of the appointment with the correct time and date. My wife and I traveled a long distance to the pub/restaurant only to find out upon arrival that the restaurant was closed for a DJ event starting at 6:30 pm on a Saturday, while our reservation was for 7:00 pm. The staff apologized and mentioned that Groupon should not have been accepting bookings for Saturday nights since they are closed. My wife and I were extremely disappointed and had to drive back home. This experience was very frustrating, and I would like guidance on how to file a complaint with Groupon regarding this issue. We are frequent users of Groupon vouchers but consider this situation to be unacceptable.
Thank you, Mick

I am looking to request a refund for one of the two Urban Skin Solutions vouchers I recently bought. I am aware that it is past the stated 3-day return window, but I hope to get it refunded as a gesture of goodwill from a loyal Groupon customer. I have already spoken to Urban Hair, and they are fine with the return and refund; they advised me to contact you. I am willing to purchase another voucher since they will still be available on your platform. However, the challenge is that the voucher I have expires before the 6-month period needed. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I purchased a comforter set on 9/5/18 with Transaction ID #1AD94467S[redacted]J. Despite the delayed delivery of approximately two weeks, my mother also ordered the same set. Disappointed by the quality, we never opened our package. Due to several family emergencies, we haven't been able to return the product. We are seeking assistance in obtaining a return label to send the merchandise back and receive a refund. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has made this process challenging. My mother had a similar issue as the dust ruffle shredded when she washed the comforter. We urgently need guidance on returning the items and getting a refund. My contact number is [redacted] and email [redacted] The order is under Anthony C., residing at [redacted] Burrows Rd., Colo. Spgs., CO [redacted].

We attempted to reserve a 2-bedroom unit at Polenisan Isles Resort, but it kept showing as pending. Upon contacting the hotel, we were informed that the room we desired was unavailable, yet the status remained pending. They assured us that our card wouldn't be charged as it had already been reserved. However, yesterday it still showed pending. After calling again, the hotel stated they didn't see pending on their end and assured us everything was in order. To our surprise, this morning we were charged for the room for a stay from October 30th to November 1st. It's now November 1st, and we are puzzled about being charged for a room we attempted to book two days prior. We are facing a $[redacted] loss due to this technical error. Please advise on how to proceed.

I recently made a reservation for a 3-course dinner for two at Dark Table in Kitsilano, BC intending it as a gift. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it immediately and withdrew cash to ensure the payment didn't go through. Even after reordering with my Mastercard via PayPal successfully, Groupon still debited my account without notice, causing a double charge. I do not wish to pick up the voucher as I had already purchased one. Here are the transaction details:
- Oct 31, [redacted]: $59.00 charged by VISA Debit Retail Purchase from Groupon Canada
- Oct 29, [redacted]: $59.00 refunded by VISA Debit Purchase Reversal from Groupon Canada
- Oct 25, [redacted]: $59.00 charged by VISA Debit Retail Purchase from Groupon Canada
I have already raised this issue with my bank. I request the second debit to my account be reversed. I will retain the voucher bought with my Mastercard. Please acknowledge this and provide guidance.

I purchased a Sam's Plus Card Membership through Groupon but received a Regular Membership Club Card instead. I believe Groupon should assist in upgrading my membership to the Plus tier for Clyde W. Watson. If a refund is issued, I may lose the opportunity to benefit from this offer due to the Sam's Club membership implications. This purchase was made specifically through Groupon to take advantage of the deal. Thank you. M.W. [redacted]@email.com [redacted]@email.com [redacted]

Last August [redacted], I utilized a Groupon for microblading services with Dasha as the technician at a Brooklyn hair salon. I recently purchased another Groupon for a follow-up session in July [redacted] and encountered issues redeeming it, mistakenly triggering a redemption. My attempts to contact Dasha at [redacted] have been fruitless. Despite my confusion with the technology involved, I inadvertently marked the service as redeemed. I have taken up the matter with Capital One, my credit card company, following Groupon's unclear response. The charge of $[redacted].34 remains unjustified due to the unreceived service. I am distressed by this situation as I valued Dasha's work and wish to rectify this misunderstanding. Dasha has mentioned operating from her home now, and I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently purchased a lace top from BrushCandy in an extra-large size but it fits like a medium. When I tried to obtain a return postage label from them, they claimed they didn't have my order number and redirected me to Groupon. I have reached out to Groupon multiple times for support and assistance with getting a return label without success. As a loyal Groupon customer, I am hoping to resolve this matter promptly so I can return the ill-fitting item and receive a refund. While I understand that BrushCandy is a third-party seller, I am requesting Groupon's intervention to facilitate the return process by providing a postage label or coordinating with BrushCandy. This issue has been time-consuming and frustrating, and I would appreciate prompt assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and my loyalty to Groupon. Thank you.

I purchased a carpet cleaning service on October 4th through Groupon for an appointment on November 1st. Before buying the deal, I confirmed the cleaning methods with the company. Upon their visit yesterday, they requested payment for the cleaning and additional services. I reached out to Curtis E. Carpets and was informed I should have a certificate with a code, which I couldn't find. However, I discovered that the payment was deducted from my bank account on the day of purchase, October 4th. It seems like I paid twice for the services. Can someone please assist in locating my order and providing me with the necessary code or advise on the next steps?

On October 4th, I purchased a carpet cleaning service scheduled for November 1st. Before buying it, I spoke with the company about their methods. When the cleaners arrived, they asked for payment stating I hadn't paid, including additional services. Confused, I contacted Curtis E. Carpets who requested a code from a certificate I should have received. I don't recall getting a voucher, but the amount was charged by Groupon on the day of purchase. It seems I may have paid twice. Can someone please assist in locating my order to provide the required code or advise on the next steps?

I have a coupon for MUSE Painting Bar in Tribeca for two people. While trying to navigate their website, I couldn't find the option for two people that I purchased. I thought entering the voucher code in the coupon section would suffice, but it didn't work. The website required my credit card info to purchase one ticket twice without applying the coupon.
I tried using Groupon as an alternative. I selected my purchased deal to view the coupon but encountered issues viewing it. I need to book a spot at 2 pm today, Saturday. What could be the problem with redeeming my coupon?

Hello, my name is Jeanne W. My email is [redacted] I recently purchased the Angelina Wired Front Closure Bra (6 pack) from Groupon. Upon trying them on, I discovered that they are significantly smaller than the size advertised, making them defective. I am disappointed as a loyal customer of Groupon and expected better quality. According to the return policy, defective items can be returned, which clearly applies in this case. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact customer service via phone, the automated system redirected me to a non-existent live chat service. I am requesting a full refund for this unsatisfactory purchase.

I have made multiple attempts to purchase items (Groupons) but keep receiving conflicting emails - an order confirmation followed by a "Problem With Your Groupon Order" notification. I followed the troubleshooting steps provided, including verifying my account, which is unnecessary as I have used Groupon before for similar purchases. I am reluctant to give up as these items are unique Christmas gifts. I am using PayPal for payment, and although there are no transactions reflected in my PayPal account, Groupon lists them as "Refunded." I am concerned about potential multiple orders due to the issues. Additionally, there are three pending charges to Groupon on the card linked to my PayPal account, despite no activity shown in my PayPal Summary/Recent Activity section.

I have a PayPal charge for a purchase I made on October 28. On November 3, I couldn't access the account I created when I placed the order through PayPal. The chat representative couldn't locate the account I created and also checked an old account of mine (with an inactive email) where there were no orders. The chat rep deactivated my old email, set me up with a new user email, and I reset my password. This morning, I discovered PayPal transferred money to Groupon for an item that doesn't show in my order history. I raised a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Later, I tested my new login with Groupon and found the item (which I paid for but isn't in my records) in the cart. I still want the item if it's available but want to avoid double payment. Should I wait for the PayPal refund before making the purchase?

I was charged via PayPal for a purchase made on Oct. **. On Nov. * I had trouble accessing my account where I made the purchase and paid through PayPal. The chat representative couldn't locate my account or orders and discovered only an old account linked to an email I no longer use. The representative deactivated the old email, created a new user email for me, and assisted with a password reset. This morning I noticed PayPal had transferred money to Groupon for an item I supposedly ordered, which doesn't appear in my records. I have disputed the transaction with PayPal for a refund. Strangely, when I tested my new login on Groupon, the item I allegedly bought but can't find in my records is in the cart. I still want the item if it's available, but I'm hesitant to buy it again. I believe it's best to await the PayPal dispute resolution before proceeding.
