I received a text today from Hermes stating my order was being delivered today. When I got home I had a sorry we missed you slip, which stated that the parcel had been left on my doorstep. After a lot of searching around the area of my doorstep I have not been able to find any parcel whatsoever. My doorstep is not a secure area to leave a parcel and anything left on it would easily be seen by passers by on the pathway so I am concerned that it may have been stolen after being left there by the courier. I currently have two outstanding orders with Groupon but I believe this to be the order for the R*-D* Sphero. Can you liaise with Hermes on what exactly has happened here and have the parcel re-delivered as soon as possible?
