* Issues:**Issue **: I purchased a Groupon for Meathead Moving Company to move me out of my home and into their storage unit facility. I spent hours days prior to move day going over every single item in the entire house, front yard, back yard and garage. Including size, shape, material, weight if unusual, etc. Move day I paid for and they arrived with a double crew and double trucks to complete the move in one day. THEY MOVED OUT LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO DO. They then said the quote had a not to exceed $ figure and they are within that. I keep saying that was a not to exceed $ figure for the whole job which they performed less than *** of. Therefore, the not to exceed $ figure does not apply.**In addition, because they performed less than *** of the job I was forced to hire a large amount of people and rent a truck (all from someone other than Meathead Moving Company) to complete the move thus costing me even more money AND STRESS.**How I want it resolved? I believe they performed about **% of the job. Thus, I believe I should have only been charged for **% of quote MINUS additional $ for not performing what they were contracted to do and forcing me to rush in with another solution.**Issue **: Prior to the move, based on the amount of items scheduled to be moved from the house, the Meathead Moving and Storage Rep told me I needed the largest size storage unit. Based on the actual amount of furniture they moved to storage I did not need the largest nit. The unit they rented me was only about **% full.**How I want it resolved? I believe they should only charge me for the size of unit i needed and not the more expensive largest unit.**Issue ** (most significant issue): when I was considering using Meathead Moving and Storage the Meathead Representative informed me of the actual cost to move AFTER Groupon and the ACTUAL monthly cost of renting a storage unit. **MAJOR NOTE: even the Fine Print of the Groupon says it can be purchased one time per month and repurchased every ** days.
