Good evening, *I would like a refund of my Groupon for Eyecandy Lashes that I have yet to redeem. I had an appointment today at *:**pm, as I had contacted shop via text messaging. I was sent the location. I arrived about **minutes earlier and text the person of contact that I was there. No signs of shop were posted anywhere yet I still decided to walk in to the addressed location. The only sign was for a Child Psychologist Office. I went to the basement* lower level again no signs of Eyecandy Lashes posted anywhere. Once I left around ***pm, according to the point of contact she text and called me at *:**pm. I didn’t get her text until I got home which was an hour away! I understand that she might have tried to call but I may not have had service. On the other hand I did not feel comfortable staying in a location that had no sign or company addressed anywhere. I would like a full refund for my Groupon. When I purchase a group for a service like this where my eyes will be shut for about two hours, I need to feel safe. I’m sorry. You can reach me back via email if you could kindly assist me with this issue. Your help is much appreciated. My apologies for the extensive message I just wanted to be clear and thorough.
