I placed an order with Groupon for *-piece suitcase set and two Samsung headphones and I used $** in Groupon bucks and used a card for the ** amount that was left. I realized that it was the wrong address so I started a online chat the guy I talked to said that he should have been able to go in and change it cuz they have a *-hour window but he wasn't able to so he said he was going to refund me ***.** Groupon bucks to cover the whole order that way so I can place my order to get the deals in time because if I waited the money would not have been back in the bank. Then I got on line and accidentally reordered without the Grouponbucks by accident so called and they had to cancel that. Then I couldn't find my Groupon bucks so I got on online chat again and the lady argued with me and said I only had ** Groupon bucks and I tried to explain to her why the guy said he was going to refund me ***.** she argued then she ended the chat. Then I started on the chat again talk to a girl and this was Sunday Saturday night and she was supposed to email me after she reviewed the case and I have not heard anything.
