Request a refund. ... I arrived for my scheduled appointment five minutes early on *-**-**. Matthew Adcock was not there, in fact no one was there. I text him while waiting in the parking lot for ** minutes but no response. On *-** I did hear from his assistance and rescheduled for *-**. Two days prior to that appointment, I received a text saying he was out of the lash product and would have to reschedule again, and that he would contact me when the product arrived. I still have not heard from him, since *-** to **-** a total of ** days. I have no confidence in him now and do not feel safe allowing him to do any treatment on me and especially one that could effect my eyes. I am requesting a refund.
I want a refund! It has been three months since I scheduled my first appointment. And the merchant has not provided the service , nor have they been professional and contacted me. It has now been ** days.
Yes I tried to fix this by rescheduling the appointment twice now, even though the provider never showed up for my first appointment or contacted me.
