The issue in GetHuman-sheezash's own words
Polished Image Salon in Salt Lake City has a Groupon for a Micro Needling that I bought. Voucher **********. My appointment was for *:** pm on October **. My only day off At *:** I had a text from the owner telling me she was a little bit behind. At *:** she told me she was an hour behind and would have to reschedule. I can not reschedule as I am leaving Salt Lake City for what could be * months. I asked why she was telling me about the reschedule ** minutes before the appointment ( I believe she wanted me to reschedule and was waiting for me to request so) and she texted me that I was being rude. I had already parked my car and was ready to walk into her studio as I respected the fact that she wanted to be on time but she told me she had to cancel. Previously,I mentioned that The ** th was the only day I could receive this service as I am an actress and have performances the rest of the week and can’t look puffy or red for the show I am in. She seemed to understand that. I’m sorry that I can’t use the Groupon but she was angling for me to change the appointment when I confirmed the appointment last week. She may have known she would be behind schedule. I wish she had been honest with me. She said she would approve the refund and then when I told her I couldn’t reschedule s was hostile to me in texts which I can send to Groupon. Please refund this purchase for $**. I have never had this problem with Groupon before. The texts continue to the point of harrasment.
