Hello,**I am writing you in regards to a Groupon (Crayola Experience at Mall of America) bought in error. I was looking at this Groupon when daughter grabbed my phone from me and pushed the green place order button. My father at the same time was buying tickets for this attraction. I immediately tried to refund the Groupon and when it did not allow me to I tried to chat with customer service, twice. Both times I was told that the Groupon was final sale and could not be refunded. It is very frustrating as a long time customer of Groupon to not be able to refund a mistaken purchase as it is so very easy to do. Although, the purchase price of this Groupon may not be the greatest it could have been and the fact that I am being told i can not be refunded (even though I was chatting with customer service within minutes of the mistaken purchase) does not make me want to purchase from your company again. I hope you will reconsider your final sale policy given this particular circumstance.
