I went on vacation to Daytona beach and bought * Groupons to La Bella Day Spa so that my daughter in law and I could go and get pedicures and facials. They didn't answer the phone Sa****ay, Sunday, Monday. Monday I drove there, and a hairstylist said they had phone issues and the owner would call me and I left my number . She did not call Monday or Tuesday morning. So we went somewhere else -- we wanted to go to Sea World and Disney and needed to know when the appointment would be so that we could enjoy our vacation. I'm back in Virginia. I sent this issue to groupon customer service and they said I could change them to groupon bucks. They only did the one mani-pedi coupon, which I did not redeem within the ** hours. The other * are still out there and clearly I can't go to Daytona Beach from Virginia to use them. Please redeem all * so I can get groupon bucks. There is a $** mani pedi ********* and * $** facials ******** and *********. The other mani pedi is no longer in "my stuff", but i'd like the groupon bucks for this mani-pedi groupon as well. Thank you
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
