Despite reporting this to the front desk, only receiving a certificate for one night due to booking through Groupon felt insufficient. I believe the hotel should cover the two nights I stayed and offer a complimentary weekend stay, inclusive of amenities like two massages and dinner for two. I purchased a 2 for 1 massage deal with 2 add-ons. I felt disappointed as one of my add-ons only consisted of placing towels on my back and neck. I had specified that I wanted my shoulder blades worked on, but most of the massage focused on my back. When I tried to reschedule my next massage appointment via Facebook Messenger, I was informed it was a month away, which seemed unusual. Upon querying further, I was told the therapist was out of the office due to a family emergency, even though I saw her at my workplace. Given these issues and delays, I no longer feel inclined to return for another massage and would like a refund.

Hello, I'm Ankhbayar Batbayar. I used the Groupon App to purchase tickets for Kevin Hart's "Irresponsible Tour" at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA. I received an email stating that the payment couldn't be processed, even though it was already deducted from my bank account. The app shows the tickets were refunded, but the refund hasn't reflected in my bank statement yet. Following troubleshooting steps, I tried to repurchase the tickets, but they are now showing as pending. I'm concerned about the pending status and how long it will take for the refund to show in my bank account. The event is on June 23rd, and I hope for a swift resolution. Hello, my name is Joann. I made a hotel reservation through Groupon for Father's Day weekend from 6/15/18 to 6/17/18. We stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee Downtown Hotel, located next to a Red Lobster. My booking number is [redacted]42-[redacted], and the address is [redacted] West Vine Street, Kissimmee, FL. During our stay, we encountered several issues. There were two cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower pole seemed unstable, the room phone didn't work, some lamps were missing knobs, and the back sliding door wouldn't lock properly. I informed the front desk about these problems, and they promised a refund for one night's stay. As the booking was done through Groupon, they advised me to contact Groupon for the refund. I bought a Samsung Fast charger on June 13, [redacted]. I received notice of the shipment on the same day with an expected delivery date of June 20th. When I checked the tracking today using # [redacted][redacted]04, I saw that it reached my local Post Office. On speaking with them, I learned that due to an error in the address provided on the 16th, it was sent back. The right address was clearly provided on my order form. My husband purchased a Groupon deal for a local restaurant and treated me to dinner last night. Unfortunately, our dining experience was far from satisfactory. We waited for 35 minutes before a staff member came to take our order. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we felt neglected as numerous tables around us received prompt service. I recently made a purchase on Groupon. One of the items I received was a two-pack 10 ft braided lightning charging cable for my iPhones, which I received on June 12 (Order ID GG-TL9L-KR7W-2HJW-PSNV). Unfortunately, one of the cables stopped working within a week. The return instructions require me to print a prepaid mailing label, but I don't have access to a computer or printer, only iPhones for my wife and me. I simply want a replacement for the faulty cable as the other one is functioning well. I'm unsure how to proceed given these limitations and would appreciate some guidance.

Hello, I am Wanda Hardy. I'm reaching out about the patio set my son Christopher Hardy ordered at the end of May. The set arrived without assembly instructions or hardware. I was assured on 6/18/[redacted] that the directions would be sent via email, but they never arrived. The promised screws are also missing. Despite calling daily, I am unable to reach the company as I am left on hold for 30-40 minutes without speaking to anyone. I'm requesting a full refund for two charges of $12.50 each that were posted to my account. On 6-20-18, I tried to purchase a package from "Aim High" but was unable to complete the transaction due to technical issues with the system. Despite being unable to buy the package online, I ended up paying the full price for my children's tickets at Aim High. Hello, my name is Marchell Pauley. I have been a loyal customer of Groupon for many years with mostly positive experiences. Recently, I encountered an issue with some unused Groupons. Despite reaching out to customer service through online chat, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done to assist me. I have several unused Groupons that I am unable to use at this point and was hoping to exchange them for Groupon bucks to purchase something else. Some of these Groupons were for location-specific businesses, like a sandwich place, which I later realized was too far from my home. I am disappointed by the lack of assistance in this matter.

I purchased a Groupon for Four 30-Minute Pro Stretching Sessions at Muscle Therapy of San Diego. The Groupon was a gift from my husband, Larry C., who has his own Groupon account. However, when I try to print the voucher, I keep receiving a message stating that Groupon is temporarily unavailable due to site updates or other technical issues. I have attempted to print the voucher for the past two weeks, and I am frustrated by the continued error message. I am hoping for a resolution, either by getting a refund to my husband's Groupon account or finding an alternative way to access and print the voucher.

On June 22, [redacted], I ordered 2 tickets for the Rogers Cup through Groupon after finding a discounted offer on Google. The price listed on Groupon was $[redacted], and it was specified for the Toronto area. When I proceeded to the check-out, the total for 2 tickets showed as $[redacted], which I confirmed. Later, upon receiving an email confirmation, I realized the price was actually in US dollars, not in Canadian currency as I had assumed. The lack of transparency regarding the currency used resulted in a 40% increase in cost, which I find completely unacceptable. I believe this is misleading to consumers and constitutes consumer fraud. I am requesting the cancellation of my order and a full refund. I reached out to C'est La Vie Hair Salon to clarify the services included in the two Groupon vouchers I bought. I purchased them with the expectation of receiving a single process color, a haircut, and a blowout. However, upon scheduling an appointment, I was informed that the Groupon only covered root touch-ups, and any additional coloring would incur extra charges. I pointed out that the voucher did not specify this limitation. I had hoped for an all-over color treatment as initially intended. I now feel misled into visiting the salon, expecting additional costs on top of what I had already paid. As a result, I am requesting a refund for both vouchers purchased on 6/21/18, which included services like a haircut, deep conditioning, styling, single process hair color, and hair care products.

I purchased a Groupon gift for my friend Melanie Cruz, consisting of 5 dog walks from Puppy Love Pet Care. The gift was e-gifted to Melanie Cruz's email. However, the merchant, Puppy Love Pet Care, has not responded to Melanie Cruz's attempts to contact them. Hello, On June 16th, I used a Groupon for Elegant Brows but was disappointed with the service provided. I paid $24.50 for a henna service that was rushed and of poor quality, despite being advertised as a $50 value. After seeing the henna, I asked for a refund, which the technician agreed to pursue with Groupon. However, the business never contacted Groupon or issued a refund as promised. While they suggested a complimentary service, I believe this discrepancy in quality should not be promoted on Groupon. I need to cancel my order [redacted] with HelloFresh. I carefully reviewed the coupon and saw it was not valid for veggie options, which was fine for me as I eat meat. However, after placing the order, I realized this week's menu doesn't have wheat-free options. I contacted customer service to cancel this week's delivery or reschedule, but couldn't find a suitable date until July 27 that offered gluten-free meals without wheat as a main ingredient. Customer service canceled my order and advised me to reach out to Groupon for a refund. In the past, HelloFresh has had wheat-free recipes, but they currently don't provide suitable options for me.
