Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-vcakebak's own words
I purchased a Groupon for an $** Mani-Pedi for $**at The Nail Bar nail salon and spa. After receiving the Groupon, I went to *** North Church St., Lexington, SC *****. The address listed on the Groupon. This business does not exist, at least not at that address. The phone number listed is wrong also. I went to that address, and the business there is Mirror Image Hair Salon, I spoke with them today, and they have never heard of the Nail Bar. The Mirror Image does Groupon's for hair, but not for nails. This has not been charged to my credit card yet, but I wanted to be sure that it is never charged for this groupon, since the business does not exist. My name is Vickie Dooley, **** Two Notch Rd, Lexington, SC, and my email address is *****@***.com. Please let me know that this groupon will never be charged to my credit card.*Thank you very much,*Vickie Dooley
