Have had trouble with * different companies getting my products just ordered ongoing problem for months. Novadab at present I ordered * bracelets but when I put info in it did not recognize number or Groupon discount I don’t even know I am frustrated have called their numbers multiple times they either do not answer or it’s like the phone is picked up and hung up. I need you to do what ever needs to be done so I can get my order ASAP. Previous problem with a collage Ipgzapf@gmailordered * of them it was so impossible to figure out what to do to redemn I lost the first because of time expired now the other one will because I cannot redeem. It should not be this difficult. Why can you not handle this from your end for the customer?
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
