I went twice to laser away, first time after waiting for a long time, they ask me to register, and fill out about * pages, with all my life..when I call to make appointment they told me that I have to go before the photogacial por a check up and it will take only *** and hour, I I find this ridiculous, they make me wait so long, and I had to go because I had another work appointment. I went back today, after I fill up all this pages, a nurse came to tell me that I cannot have the treatment because I put in the registration Spanish. They tried to sell me other treatments that I don’t need. This is crazy because I had a photofacial before with a Groupon, I was born in Spain and I am French*Spanish my skiing is white. They told me you have to have very white skin to have the treatment*please return my money, *I use Groupon many times, but this place is a wait of time and transportation money, *Thanks you *Cristina McGillicuddy*C*****@***.com
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
